The most affordable, well made glasses! I was able to get glasses that looked just like my old pair, for more than half the price! I have been able to buy different styles of glasses to go with different outfits, all because of the amazing prices. The shipping was very fast as well! I have already recommended Zenni Optical to a few friends who were struggling to afford a new pair. I couldn't be happier.

I have been using Zenni for about 13 years and have always found them to be high quality, quick and inexpensive. The customer service is great, too. Just received my glasses. Got exactly what I wanted. I have used ZENNI before and my only concern was how fast I could get them. The glasses I ordered fit perfectly and were much much less expensive than anything available in Portugal where I am currently living. Even a small hiccup with Portuguese customs still made my purchase entirely worthwhile.

Had a difficult prescription to fill that I was having trouble with. Contacted them by phone and got a very pleasant and helpful agent. Took us a bit of time to get the right frame to hold the prescription. He walked me through the whole process.

Shipping and ordering was FAST. I paid for the expedited and it came in under 48 hours. The prescription is perfect. The only thing I didn’t absolutely love was the try-on feature wasn’t super accurate for me even with the recommended extra steps. Still, I can see and I’m happy! I like the quality of the frames too.

I chatted with customer service before ordering. They were very helpful. My glasses arrived quickly and I really liked them. The lenses got scratched within the first 2 weeks. I called customer service, sent them a photo of lenses and in a few minutes, I was told they would send me another pair. Got them yesterday. I am very pleased with Zenni.

These glasses fit perfectly! And I was so surprised to have the progressive lens line up perfectly also - I can even read piano music which is something I have had issues with in the past. And the price - I saved a couple hundred dollars!

These people make certain glasses with bespoke nosepads that come off if you clean the lenses with a microfiber cloth and accidentally rub it against them, and then DO NOT SELL REPLACEMENT NOSEPADS. Instead, they'll waste an entire frame just so you can have a tiny bit of silicone. The wastefulness of this decision is gross, and the fact that I had no way to know about it before I bought the dang things means I'm not buying from them again. I do not trust that I'll receive a product I can actually repair, because they might not even provide the parts. I am doubly not buying from them now that they hopped in with that automated response when I have already obviously contacted their support.

Crappiest pair of glasses ever! They are bent and warped. The expedited service was of no value because I now have to waste time trying to find an optical shop that will adjust them, if they can be adjusted. I may end up sending them back and won’t have transition glasses to the on my vacation 😢 this is so disappointing !

Totally easy and cheap to boot! Needed a couple of replacement glasses for my husband who is in Assisted Living. He tends to misplace glasses or they just disappear? Got the distance RX overall as he can’t focus on reading anymore. At least he can still watch TV. Couldn’t believe the frame selection and the prices! Even with express shipping!
