I have been using shopmium for a while now after using coupons. Com and I absolutely can't believe how difficult it is . I have just gotten tired of returning the item to the store which I will do because I am tired of it saying to works and scanning it and getting home and it doesn't work . They owe me about $21 right now and I just wait and return the product. It's not fair ! Every single thing I submit wants another pic and it's clearly on there . Then they say it doesn't count . Well it did a few min before I took the pic for Dove all over deodorant that I would never ever purchase for $11 (taking it back) so don't worry i will return it without a receipt (to not mess up my other items) So wrong !!!

DON'T BOTHER... I used to love this app, but latley there is nothing that I want to claim & when I do see somthing, it is in waitrose, which is not even In a 20 mile plus radius

I love Shopium as it’s a legit cash back app that allows you to discover and try new products while giving you either the full or partial amount of the cost back. The only reason I’ve gave it 4 stars is I’d like to see more products and I’d like the offers updated on a more regular basis. Brands get your products on the app in exchange for increased sales and reviews.

Service has really been bad lately. Have used this for years and now I’m either only getting bots for customer service or really poorly trained representatives unwilling to actually read my issue and offer a solution. Just get copy and pasted response over and over again.

HORRIBLE service. Resubmissions all the time. Lie in order to keep you from receiving rebates that you qualify for. NOT worth your time. Skip this app and save yourself the hassle. They start out great then they become a nuisance. We are giving them our personal shopping information in return for rebates they deny on a REGULAR basis. They WILL NOT be getting my business EVER again. Same people who owned coupons.com. Same issues another day.

Generally a good genuine site, but number of deals in 2024 has really dried up and nothing new has come onto the app. The deals that do come up are new products and not generally stocked by most of the shops. Never had a issue with Cashback getting paid.

Hopefully the number of deals will increase again soon.

Love the variety of items available on the app, they are also readily available from various supermarkets both in-store and online. Easy to submit cashback - just take photo of receipt and scan barcode of item! Cashback is paid really quickly too! Great app to have for trying new items at a discount as well as getting your daily goods at a reduced price, sometimes even for free!

Love this app, it makes shopping fun to try new things and also get money back on regular items. Bonus gift for birthdays gives that extra bit of special attention as a gold member. Have introduced many friends to this app and they enjoy saving money and trying items to. Money is usually returned within a few days.

I’ve been using Shopmium for ages now & love all the freebies/ heavily discounted products I receive. Once you reach Gold level they even give you a free box of chocolates on your birthday as an added bonus. I cannot fault this easy to use app & I recommend signing up if you haven’t already. Shopmium offers are good enough. After the surge of inflation, almost all cashback apps have decreased the number of completely free products. Now, most of the products are half priced or third off. Their support service is prompt. Sometimes, they respond me on the same day. On my birthday, they gave me free box of celebrations worth £4. That was very appealing to me that they care for their customers.

I enjoy using the app and the app and the weekly new offers. Thanks to Shopmium I was able to obtain many freebies for myself as well as for my cat. Some products perhaps were not freebies but heavily discounted which was absolutely worth it. Very often I can also combine in store promo offers or offers on a store magazine vouchers with the Shopmium cashback. Couldn’t be happier. I have been using Shopmium for two years and I claimed my two birthday freebies too. The payment is approved swiftly and quickly paid into my bank account. Very happy with the app in UK. Whenever I had a problem it was very quickly resolved. New offers appear weekly and sometimes even in the middle of the week. It is easy to check if a product is eligible for a promotion by scanning the barcode, thus ensuring that I am purchasing the right product. Simply brilliant.

The app advertised a deal for San Miguel beer after its end date, then refused to acknowledge my claim. After approaching the customer care via the app, the claim got acknowledged, though instead of apologies I was reminded that the offer had ended three days earlier. This does not explain why it was advertsised long after that. Still, I'll change the rate I gave to reflect this latest interraction.

Amazing App, and genuine company, I dont understand how a person can have a problem, follow what it says and you can even scan to check in store. I allot to pay to my bank and payments go back in fast, I guess its bank dependant for time but its a nice little app to try out new items and companies that want a review on their new items etc. its fun, I treat it as a fun little app rather than saving money, but i can see how a person may want to use it in that way also. Its a reliable and nice little app. xxxx

Free chocolate buttons… what better way to join and start using an app. Bought them in tescos , uploaded my receipt, received a payment a few days later. No problem, but It is early days and I will try a different product next time I shop and hopefully have another good review to add. Thank you.

A great app for trying new products. You purchase first, scan the barcode and send a copy of your receipt for discounts and in some cases free products of the month. I have rated 4 stars as it can be difficult to find the products for that month and most offers apply to the big chain supermarkets like Asda, Sainsbury, Tesco, Co op and Waitrose

I really don't understand the negative reviews here! I have earned £11.50 cashback to date (& still going!) and I've got to try new products either for FREE or at a hugely reduced price. I have also earned extra £ by referring friends - who get a FREE incentive for signing up (e.g. tall full-size Pringles can or a bag of Giant Cadburys Buttons). Been using Shopmium for over a year now, easy to use, app works great, picture taking and scanner works decent. I have over 150 purchases and saved almost £250 now, great for trying things you wouldn't normally, for free or discounted. Just read through the specific items and store to purchase from and you're good to go.

Claimed on things such as, drinks, chocolates, ice creams and burgers. Updates regularly with new offers.

Had a birthday present from them this year in the form of a box of chocolates.

My only gripe is on 2 or 3 occasions I've had to message about a withdrawal after taking over a week, it is usually paid next day or two. The customer service team are friendly and helpful however.
