I put in a ticket and its been 2 weeks and no response or action taken .

I did not get credit for a purchase. I submitted my receipt. I got a response saying that it was a duplicate. It was not a duplicate receipt. I did do more than one transaction and submitted different receipts to different platforms. And I still don’t have my credit.

for the most part this site is wonderful. but as far as getting your reward they are a little slow and it takes a long time for your cash back to post where you can use it. thats why i gave it a 4 star

Easy to Use. Very prompt in responses and clear in informing members from which item/s we received our 'cash' as well as states exactly how much might be on hold since some items are only paid off in monthly payments. Furthermore, they usually do not take more than 3 days before 'cash' can actually be redeemed. Thank you TADA!

Never have had any problems in the past. Been a long time customer but Justin Evans was less than helpful. I placed my order for a Walmart gift card on 3/15 and when I followed up with Justin he said if I did not receive it by 3/29 to let him know. I never had to wait this long for a gift card and he made no effort to help me out even when I told him that I needed to place an order with Walmart in the next day or two.

I can save with cash back rewards 2 ways. 1st buy online through the Tada website to various stores and automatically get your cash back added to your account after 30 days. 2nd load magic receipt offers to your shopping list,go shopping and then take photo
your receipt with loaded items on your receipt and get cash back rewards added to account instantly. I have a lot over the years.

My experience was great because it’s easy to choose which offers I’m going to redeem, shop for the items and submit receipt. But then I have to wait so long for my cash back. I wish the processing time were faster. Other than that, great job!

I really enjoy tada. I had another rebate program in the past and always had issues with credits and getting paid. Tada, scan and your credit is there quickly. Highly recommend!

Tada offers a variety of choices to use cash back rewards. Gift cards for many restaurants and retail stores are available. It’s possible to submit accumulated “cash back” rewards in increments of $10, so you don’t have to wait long to earn rewards. I enjoy earning gifts for purchases I would make anyway.

i love tada but it is so hard to retrieve visa gift cards through the prepaid center and they are hard to use if you cant retrieve them. i would rather have the actual physical card.

It may sound like "chump change," but Tada is great for earning pennies here and there. It all adds up. As my brother-in-law always said when he found a penny on the ground, "....99 more and I'll have a dollar." So these earning opportunities add up and I put them into savings. Slow but steady!
