Since 2020 I've been using rebatest. It has been a great experience . Since January 2022 I stopped using them. It was nothing they did, I moved and forgot about the site. I cumulated over $400. I am now trying to log in and have my balance transferred to my paypal. The site is no longer active . I see that they're being/have been sued by amazon. Still would be nice if there is a way I can still withdraw my balance

They are getting worse. If you are ordering a report only product, obviously, it allows if you have given at least one review before. But my balance is stuck. They are neither allowing me to withdraw cashback nor adding any products to review since long. Just pathetic! I'm going to report it to Amazon.

Kind of disappointed. Purchased several items from Amazon and received cash back but then my Amazon account was blocked from leaving anymore reviews because they saw "suspicious activity". I like leaving reviews for products and letting people know honest opinions. Amazon has removed all of my reviews from everything I've ever reviewed and I can no longer post any more. So now I can't use Rebatest unless I do report only products which is a very small group of items. I guess Amazon thinks I was being paid for good reviews.

This company is being sued by Amazon. There are many reports of people not getting their PayPal payment. The company claims the reviews are not fake, but you will get your account banned and not get refunded if you give anything but 5 stars. That by definition is fake review. How can people be honest with their reviews if you punish people for writing anything but glowing feedback? Some of their products are legitimately good, but there are also bad products too. You cannot give honest feedback to those bad products, because Rebatest will punish you. They are not interested in actual honest feedback.

There need to be an investigation into this company. There are many reports on Facebook and Reddit and more of them cancelling/disputing payments before paypals 180 days are up and the money settles. You could be cut short months later. Alot of the positive reviews I have been finding are single reviews/Chinese looking accounts/bad english I mean shilling fake reviews is literally what they do. Very Alarming

Firstly, if you didn't return orders to amz after you got rebate from us, we will not file a dispute to aganist to you. Some of the users try to broke our rules and got double payments on our website. Second, all the reviews are posted by our users. They are not fake reviews.
Since I've started using rebatest, it's been all positive! They have a good selection of items and get new ones regularly. The system is set up so it's very easy to earn points and move up levels, meaning more vouchers. You can choose report only options if you don't want to leave a review on amazon. Mostly, I really like their costumer service. They are very responsive and always willing to help resolve any issues or questions I have had. Overall, I've had a great experience so far and plan to continue using the site for awesome rebates!

Their website is clunky but functional. I'm just appalled by their consideration to user privacy. They state that they may share the users data with their partners but make no provision for local and state laws that mandate them to delete the user profiles. In their own words "I am sorry about that, but we not have this funtction to delete it, and we can't use your profile to do anything, so you don't need worry about it, if you don't want to use our site, just forget it. "

Nice company. They respond within 2 days max, friendly. Rarely a mistake happens but they rectify it (Once my money wasn't sent to paypal, resolved within 3 days).
They seem nice.
Legit.
Paypal always takes fees for everything (5%) so not sure why people are reducing the stars here due to it having nothing to do with Rebatest.

I've had good luck with Rebatest. Vast product variety with new options all the time. Report Only options are nice, but product selection can be a bit strange. Overall a great platform. The process can take some time, but it's always working for me and they always process the refund to my paypal when requested. Customer Service via FB Messenger is helpful too, they have helped solve a few issues.

For me everything went smoothly, pretty much.
Paid within 48 hours, quick customer service responses, great products that usually were better than the popular best sellers. Very fair customer service.
I love their website and am sad to see less products now, maybe because of less sellers posting.
The only con for me was Amazon sometimes deleting a review.

Rebatest has lots of cool products from which to choose, and after trying them it's easy to give your honest opinion about the product. This will help the manufacturers to do a better job, and will help customers eventually! Also, they reimburse you really quickly once you've proven that you received the product and fulfilled the review requirements. I've worked with them for months and I'm delighted. I intend to keep going with them for years if I can!

Has been ok but now their website is currently down and all I need to do is submit one review to get paid out but I cannot do this. No answer from them yet and I have emailed, messenger, Facebook, tweeted and also reported via their Own website. Not particularly happy as I’m owed £150 at the moment.
Update as on 6am 13/07/20 they have responded to my messages. The issue appears to be fixed thus far. I have now cashed out, I am waiting to receive the payment, I will update when I receive the payment.

Their refuding policy is extremely slow and you always need to remind them in each and every step.

Some of the products are hot sales, they go quickly. You can use the filter function to sort out the on stock products. We used to send the payment within 24 or 48 hours, it just delayed recently due to our paypal account's issue. Hope you can understand. I promise you will get the rebate from us.

It was great at first, but then Amazon red flagged me because I apparently gave too many reviews close together. I liked the products and was really writing 5 star reviews because I thought they deserved them. Now I cannot write any reviews without getting rejected.

There were some issues on the account due to website errors. After many attempts trying to resolve the problems, someone from customer support was able to assist me. I am glad that the issues got fixed. I have discovered so many great products on their website; I am happy that I can continue with the journey.

This company is an absolute scam. I should have been more aware-the instructions are in fairly broken English. I purchased products, did the reports they requested, waited the required time, posted my reviews-I followed every single instruction as it was posted and I have yet to get any sort of refund.

I would be very careful about buying products from this company as I doubt they will trading for much longe as they are being sued by Amazon for fake reviews.
They take ages to pay out and you hver to keep pestering them for you money

I purchased 1 product. Went through all of their loops to get a rebate. I left an honest 4 star Amazon review and now I don't qualify to purchase anything else because my star review percentage isn't high enough.
They require false 5 star reviews.

I've gotten about $10K back so far, which is STELLAR. It's given me a lot of opportunities to either test something I've been on the edge of, or get something off my wishlist. Very Happy. But, when you do this, it's better for you to apply for some non-review products to keep your account safe. I have done this for several months, one thing i don't like is the rules always changes.
