lifepoints tried to help this elderly senior fix a problem and i didn't follow all their instructions. once i sat at my PC and prayed this time by carefully following the latest instructions, my problem was fixed. i was really excited because LP is one of my favorite surveys to complete. thanks for all your patience and help!

I was unable to reenter a survey and reached out to LifePoints for help. They were able to resolve for me in a timely manner which allowed me the ability to complete my survey and receive the assigned points.

Very quick to respond if I have a problem. Which was with Bright Labs disconnection. Will have to see re; advice. Lifepoints have very good surveys. Great points rewards. Add up quickly. One of the best. Highly recommend.

So far I've been feeling out surveys for 2 weeks. It's quick and easy to earn your first $5 gift card, I earned it twice now, you just have to be consistent. I appreciate help desk, they answer my question quickly and provided a step by step answer. I admit at first I was extremely skeptical but, after doing research, I'm becoming more relaxed completing my survey.

Lifepoints is one of my Favourit survey sites, I took part in a product testing for a Dish Washer product and although I received my reward a little late, they were very helpful and apologetic.

I've been with LP for many years now. Thye give me a lot of surveys and it gives me a nice top up to my spending money which is always good. Did a very long survey the other day and was not rewarded correctly , but they took onboard my complaint, researched the situation and then increased my reward accordingly. Everyone makes mistakes - it's what you do with them that counts!

Beware of this scam company. They will block the account for no reason when they have money to redeem.
Many people including me who have spent hours are loosing their money.
Upon contacting them, you get a response that your account is suspended and any points are forfeited.
Many people cannot cash out and get error messages.. customer services do not help. Absolutely bunch of cheaters.
The most untrusted survey sites which everyone should avoid. There are other sites which give cash out instantly.

After being a member for many years in their different incarnations, I have now been suspended for one or more of seven possible reasons. Not very specific. This experience seems to have shown up many times on here recently.
Luckily I have only lost 589 points as I make it a rule to cash out ASAP. And I do not do diary surveys as these can be suspect for payment.
I have submitted an official complaint, probably pointless and will register a complaint with the Market Research Society.
This is just to make others aware.

Scam company. I am part of a large group online who plan on taking lifepoints to court. They are regularly cancelling peoples accounts for no reason when they have money to redeem. Many people loosing their money. Many people cannot cash out and get error messages.. customer services do not help. Customer services are mostly run by AI chatbots.. so you cant get any help.

The LifePoints app was so easy to use. The profile survey was a little lengthy but it was fun to answer as long as you are honest and truthful. But when the real surveys came, I got frustrated. I couldn’t access the surveys I received. I sent mails to the support team, telling them of my problem and everytime they responded immediately. The FAQ in their “help center” also helped me a lot, and I eventually resolved my problem.

Joined the panel many years, I actually enjoyed this site - surveys were relatively easy to get onto, they were straightforward and paid quite well, compared to some sites. In addition, the redemption process was always smooth.
Then, out of the blue, my account was suddenly suspended without any notice or warning. Obviously I asked them why. I received a generic reply which hinted at quality standards.
I asked for more information and specific evidence of any wrong doing on my part, but received no reply.
In fact, they never replied again, even when I offered to pay back all the money I had been paid since joining the panel, which is nearly $1200.
As others have mentioned, they took what money was in my account. I found the refusal to engage in any kind of communication particularly disrespectful.
As seem now, your company change to scammer my hard work reward, I will report to ACCC and social media network to get help.

LifePoints offers surveys for rewards, but their interface can be clunky. Decent platform for earning extra cash, but improvements in user experience are needed.

I've been using Lifepoints for a little while now and I've not had the need to ask for any assistance up until today. I submitted a query via the online contact form this morning and in swift time my query was answered and dealt with. Really impressive experience from Lifepoints.

do you never learn? each reply you give, i will make another post! do you think it's perfectly ok to close an account without so much as a warning? do you think it's ok to do this when that person has legitimately earned £160? you already remove points if a survey isn't finished to your complete satisfaction; again without actually telling us what we've done wrong! not only that, but you can't even provide a hint as to what the supposed 'violation' was. no, i'm afraid this is all too reminiscent of the trial of josef k!
as for the positive reviews? well, yes, after three years, or so, i would have thought you were ok, but your poor, unsuspecting respondents have no idea what you're prepared to do on a complete whim, to save some money. YOU'RE A BUNCH OF CROOKS!
