A eternity for my order!!!…

I just don’t understand why is taking so long to deliver my order and…… is not complete is just part of it!!!! They can be good but most of the time they know how to upset the customers!!!! And…… when there’s a coupon for free delivery and that’s when the order can take even longer!!!!! A real let down!!

Dead battery in new watch

I purchased a Tissot watch. I received the watch but it was not working. I call the company and was told that the battery was dead. I was informed to take it to any watch shop and have the battery replaced at my cost. I informed the service representative that I didn't think I should have to pay for a battery and have it installed. The representative said well send it back then and that's just what I did. I purchased watches often but this company will more than likely not get any more of my business.

You declined our offer to refund your battery. We apologize if the battery on your model has expired. Even though all items are new and unused, the shelf life of the battery is active before purchase and can sometimes run out.

I order recently a perfume and receive…

II order recently a perfume and receive it . A few day later buy another one but after 8 day Jomas cancel my order
With my new order I try with a transfer Apple Pay and again they cancel my orden
Jomas has a good reputation but they have problems with they team to check the orders

Ray-ban Aviator Classic did not feel authentic.

Ordered Ray-ban Aviator Classic that I have been wearing since ages. After receiving it tried it on and did not feel it was authentic. The sunglasses was heavy and felt not like actual ray-ban. Quickly I compared with my old sunglass that I directly purchased with Ray-ban and could see the weight difference and size difference.

It seems it was not american made, the quality was not at par. Immediately put on the return and came to know that the return shipping has to be paid by the customer - even if the size and fit has a difference from the website description.

I can send JomaShop the photo of the measurement showing the difference.

No post selling support

No post selling support.
I made a purchase on January 17 and it arrived in my country one month later!
When I contacted JS to ask why it was so delayed they only told me they had already shipped it.
I understand it is a matter of DHL Express but no support was given to me by JS to facilitate the delay.

I still haven't the watch in my hands as I still couldn't pick it up at the custom office so, I can't still say anything about its condition.

A previous purchase arrived in perfect condition.

Unfortunately shipping is just way too…

Unfortunately shipping is just way too expensive when I order from joma.... Not entirely your fault but a three-star experience at best due to that.

[Edit: And you can see what terrible service they offer by their rude response to this. Regardless of the shipping options chosen, they are all expensive. Furthermore, if you order from here, you will likely incur international duty fees. I recommend finding a local option. Or at least a company that has more polite communications.]

Preowned Watch with Problems

I purchased an Omega watch that was preowned. The watch was apparently not very well inspected by Jomashop and when I received it following my purchase I immediately noticed the second hand which is the chronograph hand was stuck a 5 o’clock. That is it would not reset to zero or 12 o’clock. Therefore, I had to send it back to Jomashop for repair. Shipping it back cost me approximately $350 including insurance. I was told Jomashop does not cover shipping or insurance. I doubt I would buy a preowned watch from them again. I did previously purchase a new watch from Jomashop and the purchase, shipping and condition of this watch was excellent. Waiting to see if Jomashop compensates me for my time, inconvenience and expense for having to immediately ship a preowned watch back that should have been thoroughly inspected and fixed beforehand.

Lousy price match

I am a Jomashop customer that requested a price match on a watch from a reputable vendor.
My request was mishandled by reps from the company that couldn't even read my emails. Their responses were worthless and not worth the time and effort.
As a Jomashop customer, I would have preferred purchasing the watch from them, but apparently they didn't care. The reps didn't even have a good grasp of the English language. Sadly I decided to purchase the watch from the reputable vendor whose info I provided to them.
Not only did Jomashop lose the sale, but may have lost myself as a customer.

I ordered through this site several…

I ordered through this site several times, very long delivery, almost a month of waiting. It’s impossible to get through by phone. The prices are good, but the service is terrible. I contacted them several times. I bought perfume at one price, but tomorrow the price has dropped. I asked them to refund me the difference, they couldn’t come to an agreement, they said that this perfume was not available at the moment. Although a couple of days later he appeared on the site again. When I first contacted the store at my request, the answer was given only after three days. Complete silence and ignore. I was very upset and angry with this service.

My watch does not keep good time and…

My watch does not keep good time and when I looked at the return it only was for a 30 day period which I had just missed.

I think looked at the Seiko warranty and it only applies if you bought the watch at an authorized dealer

So I could get no help from either Jomashop or Seiko. won't buy anything else from you thus I will not buy from Jomashop again

Is nice place to buy perfumes with 50%…

Is nice place to buy perfumes with 50% off and it is real peace of perfume , I did not like the return item is not that easy Jomashop stuff need all the evidence up to down , pictures and etc.
I have been very worst deal with Jomashop stuff and the supervisor ! she is not nice deal anyway upon showing them the pictures , cause I am living in the area of Los Angeles Kern County where daily lost mails and packages I all ready noticed to post office but the worst one UPS they damaged the packages and put on the other address.
Jomashop stuff are wonderful and the stuff need little behave good not good great with buyers.
What ever I mentioned all the truth.

Before You Buy a New Rolex from JOMAS

1. The Rolex is not NEW in the sense that it will be missing tags, protective stickers, etc. Moreover, the date on the warranty card will be that of when the Grey Market vendor acquired the watch from an AD.
2. JOMASHOP customer service is POOR. I asked repeatedly for ship date and even asked to talk to someone in their watch sales department about an exchange. Crickets. Finally, someone did reply on the ship date. Their customer service is among the worst I’ve experienced in the Online Retail space - especially for such a high ticket item.
3. They have a hidden 8% restock fee. Basically, any purchase above $7500 is assessed this fee for returns - full stop. In other words, they make money whether you are a happy customer or not. Again, POOR customer service.
4. I am giving two stars (and not one) because their price was among the lowest on the Grey Market.

For Grey Market Rolex purchases NEW or USED, I suggest checking out Chrono24 or get on a waiting list at an Authorized Dealer.

Beware of what you buy. No customer service.

Beware of this company. They WILL give you the runaround and not respond in a timely manner. Package came crushed. This was not a big deal but it was a gift for Valentine’s Day. I wanted to resolve this situation but to no avail. I just received an email 2/16/23@ 7:13pm. Don’t give this company your business. I wanted to buy more fragrances yet you will never get another dollar from me.

Not satisfied!

I can tell the price of Jomashop products are cheap, cheaper than the others. However, products condition are not good, I ordered 2 Burberry bags, 1 glasses and 1 perfume but the bags and glasses look old, and not in good condition with some scratches, and dirt. I’m not sure if the products are authentic or fake but I actually don’t happy with my purchase.

After 2 weeks with nothing I contacted them to find out what is going on. They don't know. They were of no help . VERY DISAPPOINTED. BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE>

On 11/4/23I ordered Armaf men's cologne…

On 11/4/23I ordered Armaf men's cologne order #M3H3277 for my brother-in-law's birthday which was 11/15/23. I was not made aware that the cologne would not ship for two weeks until after I had already paid with my debit card. The package was not delivered until 11/25/23 which was after his birthday. I ordered the cologne previously in October for another relative and it was shipped and delivered in a timely manner. I feel I should have been informed prior to placing the order that this item was on back order and would not ship for 2 weeks. I had to purchase another birthday gift to send to be on time for the birthday.

Insulting refund for damaged watch

Bought a watch for a good price, but engraving was bad and there were scratches. Contacten customer service and they offered me only $10 refund or return on my costs ( overseas ) Never buy there again and I would recommend others not to do either. Maybe pay a bit more elsewhere.

watch was loose in the box

Received a watch which is good but it was flopping around loose in the box. Very strange.

NOTE I did call a second time to the person who responded here. They did offer $10 to take down the review but I declined. Oh well.

need to pay shipping to return defective product

Unfortunately the sprayer of the perfume I bought did not work (it was stuck and couldn’t be pressed). Customer service was not useful and they asked me to pay to return the product they sold me defectively.
Update:
My previous review was written with the information I had at the time (when I received the email asking me to leave a review) which said that I had to pay the shipping to return the product.
Now that I didn't have to pay for it, I'm happy to let others know about this.
