Hello Inbox Dollars Staff -- I had requested an approximately $30.00 Cash Out a week or two ago and I still haven't received it yet. On May 2, 2024, you sent an eMail to me telling me that it's still being processed. I would like to know what's going on; is my deposit still being processed? After all, you have my eMail address which is also connected to my PayPal account. This is not the first time that you have deposited my pay to me either, so why are there even any issues? -- Ernest Spratley, Jr.

My experience with this company has always been pleasurable. Even during COVID it rendered beautiful customer service. If I were to suggest something it would be for elderly/older adults make this more user friendly like with multiple choice questions. Something a bit simpler, learning these cell phones is challenging a bit as is!!

I have had inbox dollars for a few months now and have cashed out two 50s one for Walmart and the second one for an Amazon gift cards. I received them in just two days! I was able to use them both! The instructions on how to redeem them is very simple and basic! I’m a stay at home mom and was looking for way to make a little extra spending money and this came up glad I found it! I don’t write reviews much but this deserves one!

I accidentally put my age is 53 instead of 54 in my first survey and now it won’t let me do any surveys. I’ve tried contacting customer support but the only ways to contact customer support I can’t explain the problem to them. I actually really love inbox dollars the problem is when you need help with something that doesn’t fit into a certain box you actually can’t get any help at all. My hope is that they can go into my account and allow me to try taking service again. I’m actually filling out this review to try and get someone’s attention at inbox dollars. Crossing my fingers

Just cashed out another $50 dollars. It's always nice to have some extra money, and it's easy with InboxDollars. Cashing out is simple and very quick. I've been with them for years.

Getting the gift cards is awesome. It just takes alot longer than it used to and the incentives are less. All the bonuses they keep adding on instead of giving cash is worthless.

Doing surveys is a slow way to earn money and can be very frustrating at times filling out survey after survey only to be disqualified halfway through and not get anything. However, if you're patient and keep at it, you'll earn chunks of money. Maybe not a ton, but $20 here and there is always nice.

Every single time I cash out with InboxDollars I have an issue it seems like it is intentional to make people have to work to get the money that they've already worked for

A little slow!
Normally when I request a cash out, it is in my inbox within 2 days. This one took 7 days. Beyond that, I love getting these cash outs from Inbox Dollars!

This is an awesome app to make some change on the side! I enjoy playing the games, I like the challenge to reach the goals within certain amount of time. The cash out is easy, no hassle.It does take about a week or so to get credited for the levels on the games or surveys, but they do give you the credit towards your goal. They have different options to make money, and that's another I enjoy doing in this app. So far so good!

I was able to move $75 into my checking account from inbox dollars just for the month of April. $50 of that came from one offer (which cost me $36, but was a great deal at that price and something I wanted to purchase). I'm very much enjoying playing a game, Empires and Puzzles, and I hope I can earn the max $175 before the deadline.
Surveys are tedious and most don't pay well for the time involved; also I get kicked off of more than I get to complete. One survey took 20+ minutes, got alllll of my answers to the end, THEN told me I didn't qualify. That one really made me mad. But most of the time, when I complete and get that little bit of change, I'm gratified to be a little closer to my goal of moving another$10 to my checking account.

I absolutely love this app. It has helped me when I didn't know what I was going to do about food or gas money. Its so convenient and has made a huge impact in my life because I feel like it's a bit of security like a backup plan if I'm having a hard time financially. This app is a quick easy way to make extra cash from your phone. I highly recommend.

I can’t use the Amex card because nothing is exactly $5 and I can’t pay online purchases with multiple cards.
The surveys take too long for what they offer.

Whenever I have a question or concern, Inbox Dollars responds directly. I've also never experienced an unresolved issue with Inbox Dollars.

I have had great experiences for over a year. Recently I attempted to cash in my rewards for a $30 mastercard which I received the code from Inbox dollars but the code is not accepted by the card center. It has been over 2 weeks and I have received email after email from BHN customer service which I replied with the requested info but still no resolution to this issue. Can inbox dollar reward through another avenue.
