Refused to refund a messed up order
My fiancé ordered beer and by accident, clicked the wrong address on his account and there was no way to change it once the order was placed. The address is only a few blocks away. He messaged the driver in the app, and once the driver got to the correct address, they couldn’t “verify” him and couldn’t give him the order, despite being in the right place and delivering to the right person. And then, after calling the office, they refused to refund him. There were so many opportunities for Gopuff to make it right, and they failed. Crooks. 0/5 experience
