Refused to refund a messed up order

My fiancé ordered beer and by accident, clicked the wrong address on his account and there was no way to change it once the order was placed. The address is only a few blocks away. He messaged the driver in the app, and once the driver got to the correct address, they couldn’t “verify” him and couldn’t give him the order, despite being in the right place and delivering to the right person. And then, after calling the office, they refused to refund him. There were so many opportunities for Gopuff to make it right, and they failed. Crooks. 0/5 experience

If I can leave a zero review I would…

If I can leave a zero review I would don’t order from this place. They took 3 hours for one of my delivery’s when I called to complain they said they would give me a store credit. When I went to use my credit they denied it and charged me because they said it didn’t apply to my order they said I could use it on alcohol or tobacco they did not specify that when they gave me my credit I will use this service again nor will any of my family or friends. This is horable customer service

Do not use this company.
My ordered wasn’t delivered to me but said delivered I could not contact anyone that evening to find out where it was. The money was taken from my account.
I emailed and got a response saying they would redelivery in the morning rearranged a time it didn’t turn up again. I had to go out for the day and come home to find it dumped outside my front door all frozen food defrosted and refrigerated goods warm. I have had no explanation to what happened or any refund. Worse service for delivery I have ever used. Beware.

Go puff is a scam

Go puff is a scam. Do not use they will not deliver your items, will keep your money, and then tell you there is nothing they can do. No refund, no credit, no delivery. You are literally just paying to click pictures of items you will never see at your door. Will never use again and I'm sorry I did this time.

Terrible cheating company

Terrible cheating company. They took £5.49/ month for the last 7 months without my permission or any confirmation email regarding any monthly subscription. When I asked for a refund they refused. They have lost a customer and I will tell everyone to stay away and use Getir instead. Much better service. I wish Getir had not stopped coming to our area. I plan to complain to the ombudsman. This company needs to be stopped.

Missed item

I'm on my own with my baby and for the practicality and agility that I've always had I chose go puff which I've been a customer of for over 2 years, Her milk had finished and I was too ill to leave the house, I bought 2 bottles and to give the minimum value of the order I added other items to the basket.
When the order arrived, I questioned the delivery man who promptly saw that the main thing was missing, the two bottles of milk, I commented to him that my daughter was hungry and I needed it urgently, that's why I ordered it.
It's 7.45 pm, she's hungry and I haven't got any milk.
When I needed it most, they let me down.

Sent me rotten and out of date food and the £5 mystery bag was not worth it. Will not use this app again. So disappointed. Did email them about it but it’s like talking to a brick wall. No support. Don’t bother using them. You will be disappointed.

We never received our delivery

We never received our delivery. We ordered for a party where there was the exact same address between Miami and Miramar, which are 20 minutes apart. They would. It extend delivery 20 minute away and want to charge us for a delivery never received!!!! Absolutely unacceptable,,,do not buy from them!!!!!

RIP OFF REFUND WITHHELD LIARS!!

Only my second order ever on gopuff. Was supposed to be half off for some promo, didn't happen. Was supposed to be cold drinks, didn't happen, and they brought me the wrong kind of the other item. I was not happy, and this was April 30th. At that time I reached out and was told I got a refund for half the amount to cover the promo, and a 6 dollar credit for the messed up drinks. I STILL HAVENT RECIEVED EITHER!?!?! I reach out again and again and keep getting told oh you have to wait 3 to 5 business days blah blah, ok it's been 18 DAYS!!! that's a lot more than 5. The app will rip you off and then lie to you hoping you won't care enough to do so. Well F them for that. NEVER EVER USE GOPUFF RIPOFF

Bad customer service‼️ the girl that works there never greet or helpful at all, she’s so mean!! Have your employées have good manners please !
The gopuff in Iowa city Steven st, is not welcoming at all. Sorry but I had to say so she can have good manners and respect customers I’ve been buying stuff from there for several months but now am just done 🆘

Wish I could give 0 stars

Wish I could give 0 stars. Ordered a $22 order and they won’t refund me because it’s outside of the 2 hour order window. I’m sorry I didn’t want to contact customer support at midnight.

Customer service agent continued to call me a liar (two times) and told me that I provided an ID to the Gopuff driver. I requested him to show me the ID or verify it was mine and he refused and told me he could not help me. I connected with another agent after that who again informed me that I could not get a refund but he verified the ID scanned wasn’t mine and apologized on his coworkers behalf and he would put in a ticket for the driver to get flagged for handing orders to the wrong people.

Overall horrible experience, don’t use Gopuff and if you do make sure you refund it within 2 hours once they mess up (they will)

Absolutely terrible. Driver stole my items, customer service didn’t care. No way of calling or speaking to a proper person. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

Were good when they first started but the customer service is dreadful now - refuse to refund items past their use by date or missing items. Also randomly cancel orders. Don't bother with them.

This company offers the worst delivery…

This company offers the worst
a) delivery service with mutliple drop offs and if you want a melted Ice Cream after an hour delivery drive...then GO PUFF...puffed away!
b) cost of items and constant pursuit of the FAM members savings.
Once upon a time in the early signs of humans surviving Covid...it had its meaningful service concept....Now it is an unwanted vaccine it has too many side effects!!!
Stay away and save money!! The Cowboy company needs to puff away.
AVOID AT ALL COST. RUBBISH.

Have updated a prior review due to the reason being that these companies this one in particular is an absolute godsend to myself & son as I’m unwell so cannot always get out for necessities.

Have used gopuff from the time they started I did stop for a while due to a few order issues but mistakes do happen & were all human. Gopuff is a huge help when unable to get out & I just want to say I’m super grateful for your service. Just placed an order which all arrived on time the expiry dates are fantastic & was kept informed about the delivery from start to finish.

The driver was very kind & professional who brought the order safely to the front door of my apartment. One suggestion is maybe lower the fam membership as it were at the start if so I’d definitely re join & order a lot more on a regular as I do get my big grocery shop delivered but for the necessities like milk, bread etc when ran out Gopuff would be used far more as the initial membership was around £3 whereas now it’s almost double that. Saying that I don’t mind really paying the £2.99 delivery fee especially when the orders are great.

Ps I have had issues in past yet it’s no biggie & people have to remember no one’s perfect & mistakes do & can happen.

Thanks GOPUFF for making our lives easier !

THIEVES!

I ordered using the app (stuff worth $20). I received a notification that my order was delivered only to see that it was missing. I contacted customer service via the app and they told me the driver had received a pin from me (which he had not) and that's why the order is completed and they cannot compensate me for this. I just lost $20 on this s**t app and they don't even bother hiding the fact that they are stealing from you.

Raw chicken ordered only 24 hours in date, offered a refund but I can't use the it without spending more money on delivery, so I didn't accept it. Won't be using the service again. The food could have gone to someone who could have eaten it quickly, but instead the food was wasted. Tip for the future, check the date of raw chicken before delivering or if you offer a refund don't leave the customer to pay for the delivery twice. Call me old fashion but thats minimal effort guys.

Avoid this scamming company، I am cancelling my fam membership scammers!!

Avoid this scamming company, I been buying from them since Feb and bought all the items in the list for the bingo game and I got all the bingo cards to win the £5000 after hundreds spent buying their rotten wholegood veg and fruits, and in the end they claimed that I already won and refused to pay me!! It's a big scam and I will sue them I have all the evidence!! I entered the nine bingo cards form first then the three in a raw and they claimed that I only can win the three in a raw 100 pounds bingo not the 5000 one even though I spent more on their delivery app since Feb that that meger prize they gave me , and you can only use it at the app 25 at a time it's not even cash prize!!!
