What do you do with your wedding ring from your divorce? You sell it on Worthy is what you do! Everything about this process was easy and they communicated the whole way. I will admit I was really nervous about sending off my diamonds in the mail, but they walked me through every step and eased those fears. I had no idea what to do with this ring that I wasn't going to ever wear, give to my children when they marry or repurpose. The local jeweler was only willing to offer trade and I wanted the cash. I was hoping to make more money than it did, but overall I'm really happy with the experience and that I ended up with cash in my pocket. I would recommend this to anyone looking to sell any valuables.

My experience with worthy has been positive. I was nervous about shipping my jewelry however they remained in great communication from when the ring left my home up until it arrived and was auctioned off. This process was easy to follow and I feel I got an acceptable amount for my jewelry.

Scammers, we went through the amount I would net ( all over the phone) and they stated that after reviewing past emails they didn't see that I received a promotional offer. So the result is that they over charged me for the commission and did not follow through with the confirmed offer. I would have declined and went to someone else. Because they had my watch, it would have been hard (held my watch hostage essentially) to have them send back my watch in order to meet the deadline with my secondary offer. I would have netted more in my pocket with the other offer.

The whole process was seamless and took around 3 weeks from start(sending my ring)to finish (getting paid). I spoke with someone when I started the process. She answered all my questions and let me know what to expect.

It was pretty seamless but the fee you charge was hard to find and by the time I found it the ring was sold and I didn’t get as much as I thought I was. Plus I got more than what you recommended which I guess was for a quick sale.

I had been holding on to my engagement wedding ring for way too long. I tried selling it myself and taking to a pawn shop to no avail and it just became too overwhelming for me. I sent my 3.12 carat diamond wedding ring appraised at $32,000 by a vetted jeweler. They offered an $8,000 fee to sell. NOT only was the price offensively below it's worth, they sent the ring back shoddily placed back in it's setting making it crooked and possibly able to fall out. After contacting them with my issue, they offered to attempt to amend their failure to return my ring in the EXACT condition I sent it in, but they offered ZERO "customer service" to fix their egregious mistake or any compensation to have it repaired. When I tried, numerous times, to have this problem fixed, there was no communication whatsoever to take any responsibility. I'll never use this service again, nor advice my many contacts with high end jewelry. BEWARE. Please take extensive before photos prior to sending any item to this "company." PLEASE BE CAREFUL WITH YOUR VALUABLES.

One of my most disappointing experiences ever. Would love to know where their almost 4000 reviews come from.
Every single person I dealt with was over-the-top nice and helpful and knowledgeable. The company itself is a joke.
I sent a diamond bridal set with nearly 4ct of diamonds set in 10K gold engagement band with ring protector around it. Paid nearly $4,000 for it 28 years ago. Worthy's appraisal came back at $468 and not one bid from "all over the world" met even that price.
Thank goodness for reserve.

Retail prices commonly include markups for any overhead costs and profit margins that do not transfer over in a resale market. These added costs are not part of a jewelry piece's intrinsic value and therefore will likely not be part of what a buyer will consider paying. Market demand can also shift over time, changing what buyers are looking for and what they are willing to pay for certain characteristics.

With that said, we also stand by our completely risk-free process that gives you complete control of the minimum amount you sell your jewelry for, regardless of the current market demand.
