With a lot of broken gold jewelry - mine and relatives' - that I knew I'd never repair, I was looking for a trustworthy buyer that would give me the best price and an easy process. I was reluctant at first because because many of these companies have bad reputations according to online reviews. But my experience was very positive and left me with no complaints. I received an email and phone call about my items and a check according to when they said it would arrive and for the amount they previously stated. See...companies like this help to restore faith in mankind! I Recommend.

The process was well explained and only took no more than 15 mins. The office was in a professional building so it was easy to get in and out of and they gave me the choice of check or cash. Overall I would recommend them to anyone that needs to sell any jewelry or even run it through to get an appraisal of its worth.

I have used US Gold Buyers for three years now to sell sterling and gold items. It is not easy sometimes to part with these things, but when you know you are receiving the best price and a fair price for your items it makes it so much more palatable. When I first used USGOLDBUYERS I was very skeptical. This was my third time using USGOLDBUYERS. Each time has been great. They always pay better then my local buyer who pays pretty well. I use eCheck and have my money in hours. If you are looking to sell scrap gold or silver this is the place. I have never been disappointed.

Excellent, quick, and reliable service.
My only issue was that the electronic check was not accepted by my bank. Even when printed correctly with the routing and account numbers, my back said it could not be authenticated. I was able to cash the check at the bank of origin, but I was not able to deposit it in my bank account.

My friend had used USgoldbuyers. I was a bit nervous sending a $1000 item in the mail -- but it was "good as gold!" They quoted the same price I'd had in mind and the money was here in hours, via an internet, print-out check.
I made an error, trying to ship it by UPS vs. FED EX, but once I got the package in the correct box, I heard a confirmation that it had been picked up, then when it arrived, and soon the value.

When trying to sell some dental gold, I was looking to an alternative to a local shop that didn't offer me as much as I thought my gold was worth. I did some online research and settled on US Gold Buyers.
