everything was really carefully packaged and the products themselves are cute and high quality!! i ordered the barbie choco lenses, piggie lens case, and some sweety lashes, though i forgot the exact kind. it was shipped fairly quickly for an international brand, as well.

Everything about the customer service is phenomenal! I had one of my contacts unfortunately stolen from my mailbox and sent them an email about it, they were super duper nice about sending me another pair as quickly as possible! And the rest of my order came in and as always they were beautiful and well packaged!

I'm buying lenses for years and I'm not gonna change uniqso for anything else. When something is going wrong, the uniqso support is always helpful and thankful for contact. 10/10 highly recommend

It honestly didn't take as long as I thought they would, usually oversee shipping takes over a month but I got these in 3 weeks! The contacts are so pretty and comfortable and it was well packaged! The contacts also came with their own case which was really nice!

The contacts are super great quality and I haven’t had any issues with them yet. They are a bit to expensive sometimes but it’s worth it for the quality, vibrant colours and good lasting contacts

Always use paypal. My package got delivered to the wrong address at the fault of the post office. Went thought hell to contact the post office. Was told by uniqso that they would not help me unless I got the label from the post office. Which is against the post office's policy so they can't give me that. Anyways just had to get a refund from PayPal. I will never shop with them again

Hi, we are sorry to hear that your local USPS messed up the delivery which is beyond our control. Our support team have actually offered solution to resend in your next order but unfortunately you have decided against it after agreeing to our proposal initially.
The Company tends to Gaslight. They supplied the wrong product and then fobbed it off as the right one ignoring the feedback I sent them with picture evidence to the contrary. We ordered Red they sent Pink and then told us Pink was Red you get the idea. They used template responses probably robotic with no reference or acknowledgment of what they were being told.

I will not receive my order cause in Brazil they discard things without the proper information. They send without information and now I lost my order that I've spent 52usd!! I'm very pissed off and from now on I'm just going to buy from pinky paradise which I already receive the package with the lenses.
See, I used to love and indicate uniqso to everyone. I received lots of orders from them and the quality of the lens are perfect indeed. But unhappily now to Brazil I don't know if it's going to work anymore. I talked to the post office and they will not deliver to me. I really hope it can return to uniqso for me asking a refund... But I'm afraid Brazil customs eliminate the lenses cause my country is terrible to import things...

Even if I purchased the wrong eyesight for my contact lenses, they kindly changed the product after I contacted them via e-mail! They shipped very fast and it arrived even before the estimated delivery time, everything was smooth!

The over all quality and range of contact lenses is fantastic I've never quite had any issues with the lenses in terms of them coming in torn or wrecked. I will say shipping does take a little while but if you plan in advance for the event the lenses are required for its fine. Pretty much my go to place to get lenses for anime and video game characters. My favorite line of lenses has to for sure be the sweety lenses theyre super cute and my favorite pair I've gotten is the mini sclera cyberpunk lucy lenses I get so many complements when wearing them.

Contact lenses are amazing!! They're incredibly great for cosplays and new anime character lenses are regularly released!! I love shopping here, and I highly reccomend it to anyone interested in buying contact lenses for cosplaying.

First of all the phone app sucks. Made almost a $200 purchase (twice). First time I didn’t know all i bought was only single lens, because who even does that? Or even gives that option to a regular person. I would understand if I was a vendor. Why do I have to waste time adding 2 of everything when it’s supposed to just add a pair. I’m not a vendor I’m a regular person therefore a “pair” of lens should've automatically been added. and second time I didn’t even get the order it got sent back and no explanation given. trying to reach customer service takes days. And hey they’ll also say this is the first time seeing my message I spent money on things I can’t use. Got a refund on the second order. Not impressed by the company no compensation for the super inconvenience for the amount of money I spent.

It is unfortunate that you missed all of the mentioned notification. The 2nd order was returned by your local custom which was beyond our control and our team has promptly arranged the refund of the order to you.
Happy to get free contacts after spending a certain amount. Took little over a month to get them after ordering so not too bad of a wait. Haven’t tried them on yet but they look to be good quality. Two friends referred me to this site and I will definitely shop here again.

I've been ordering from Uniqso since 2022 and I have never had any issues with my packages or the customer support! Things are always shipped on time and arrived within the specified time-frame, and when I've ordered express shipping, things have always showed up quickly!
Because I've only ever had good experiences, I was curious about where the 4.1 score came from but I see that almost ALL of the negative customer ratings come from lack of basic understanding of how online shopping or shipping works and blaming the business for it. (Eg. Things being held at customs. Not following tracking information. Wait times. Not reaching out to the company when things are lost in transit... etc. None of these actually fall on the responsibility of the business.)
