This was so easy!! I had old pendants, unmatched earrings, etc, that I would never use just taking up space in a jewelry box. Sell your gold sent me an envelope, I mailed it and in a couple days got my offer. Very professional and a great offer for stuff that has been sitting around for years. I would highly recommend them.

I received an estimate that was way off, more than twice the actual offer. While they could not explain why the estimate was so far off, they did explain exactly how they arrived at the offer. They were open and honest about the current price for silver and how they valued my pieces. Their customer service agents were patient and helpful. There was never any pressure. In the end, I was very satisfied and would use them again if I had other gold or silver to sell.
My only recommendation would be to add an educational piece to their website explaining how sterling silver is valued.

The problem is straightforward. They flat-out lowballed me with both their first, then their slightly better second offer. Neither sum equaled spot price, and even then, did not take into no account the additional value of the pieces as exquisite artwork by the Mint, who this time got it right. The man I talked to tried with some difficulty to entice the various reasons they could not pay more.
I'm hoping for a safe return, as I've already had an offer of about 20% higher.

Excellent communication from the first call to speak with the company rep. "MaryJoe", to email updates with 1 day Fedex shipping and fair pricing. Basically a 48 hour turnaround from mailing to payment. Look to do future business again.

For the most part, the process was easy. The kit arrived quickly, directions were easy to understand, the only downside was the Fedex return shipping. I live in a very rural area and there is no local FedEx. That being said the option to call and request a FedEx home pickup was available however it just didn't fit into my schedule to do that so I had to actually find a FedEx drop off point that wasn't too crazy far away from me. Return shipping took a little bit longer than I thought it would, however I received my offer the same day my kit was delivered. The offer was fair, ten dollars less than what I figured it would be. I accepted, waiting on processing which
I was told would be one day.
Assuming there will be no issues with payout, the whole process was simple, quick, easy and I would definitely recommend Sell Your Gold to anyone.
