Tow truckdriver was Rude

The driver who pick up the car was RUDE. Upon gathering the papers of the car and writing check the driver blocked the road which prevent our neighbors passing thru they made her wait for almost 20 minutes which he should have pulled to the corner and process the documents first so he doesn’t have to let this people wait while he’s blocking the road. When I mention about he told me to he will came back if I want he will cancel the pick up some other day. Anyway I just keep my mouth shut to prevent argument. I would have cancel it but I found it rude.

Simple process and fairly pain free

Simple process and fairly pain free. There was a request for pics of my title which caused a little concern on my part. I asked the driver what that was all about and he explained how numerous times they’d show up and customers would have a paper copy of their electronic title, which is non-transferable in that form. They are verify you have the actual title in hand. In Florida it’s blue with the special paper so it can’t be copied. Other than that, it was pretty straight forward and an easy deal.

I was recommended to use Peddle by State Auto in Newburyport Massachusetts.

I was recommended to use Peddle on a Wednesday. I got online and input the information for my 2009 Toyota Hightlander Hybrid. The quote came back immediately and the car was picked up the next morning. Nothing was needed from me the Auto Shop took the check and called to say the car had been towed away. The price was right and very convenient and quick service.

First experience with Peddle

First experience with Peddle. Everyone very friendly, efficient. Process was smooth and rapid. Our mistake on paperwork was dealt with understanding and patience. As expected, we would have liked a bit more money for our car but…
We would still recommend Peddle!

Fast and easy process

Fast and easy process. I got more than what I expected for my car. They picked up my car and paid me the next day after receiving my offer. I would definitely recommend checking Peddle out before committing to another company for buying a car you no longer need or can repair.

Peddle.com is extremely easy to use

Peddle.com is extremely easy to use. Just answer some questions about your car and provide some information (VIN #, etc) and they instantly make you an offer to buy your car! Easiest website I've ever used! Peddle was great, but there was some communication issues with the first carrier assigned to pick up my car. I scheduled a pick up on a Monday with a 4 hour window. They were a no show. I contacted Peddle and they profusely apologized and gave me another pick appointment. Same carrier was a no show for the 2nd time. Peddle rescheduled with a different carrier - this time everything went smoothly and my car was picked up within the window provided. Would highly recommend Peddle! Exceptional Customer Service

Got A Fair Price

The offer Peddle made for my junker was fair, and the online process was simple. A nice man arrived the next day to tow it away and leave me with a check. I got $625 for a 2012 Hyundai Sonata with 184,000 miles and a catalytic converter that made it undriveable.

The place to sell your unwanted car!

I was looking to sell my 2011 Hyundai with over 230k miles and came across this company online. Skeptical at first, I read some reviews, saw how easy it was and gave it a try. Filled out some basic questions (be honest to avoid any issues at pickup!), they made an instant generous offer which I accepted then put me in touch with a local tow company to arrange the pickup. The driver paid me the agreed upon amount and away went the car! All transactions should go this smoothly. I highly recommend Peddle!

Helpfull

They are very personable & helpful. Keeps customer aware of what's happening. Scheduleing is needing work. My pickup appointment was on a Fri. driver came Thurs. Don't know how this will turn out. I had to mail in title,so no payment yet. I thought keys in car; were not. Nobody has called to inquire. It's been almost 2weeks. WHAT GIVES? Not sure what to do next.

Reminiscent of true Customer Service

Hi' I don't really want to be directed to another site that has more, "cookies" So I 'll just tell you here. I had a very pleasant experience with all involved, everyone was very courteous and professional. I especially liked John' the young man who actually picked up the car, it was as if he had a sixth sense, an honed right in straight to the car, without specific directions. He was kind personable and gracious. I appreciate your company and I will recommend you, to who ever might need your services.

I was able to sell my 2003 Chevrolet Silverado 2500 quickly. Had a minor issue with the first towing company, but the second was responsive, and the transaction and pick up of the vehicle went smoothly.

Complete effectiveness

These people made a thorough overview of my situation. They then did a complete examination of my vehicle. Then I received a reasonable offer. We agreed. They arranged for a free pickup of my vehicle with payment on the spot. All in all a very satisfying experience.

Happy Customer

Peddle was recommended to me by someone who used them previously. I’m so happy I took their advice and used Peddle because it was the easiest most convenient way to get rid of the car I no longer needed. The process was easy and I didn’t have any problems. Even the check they gave me cleared the bank fast. I’m definitely going to use Peddle in the future, if needed and recommend to anyone who needs to get rid of a car.

The whole process from beginning to end…

The whole process from beginning to end was very easy. I have enough red tape with every day living. It was extremely nice to see a company that had a lot of common sense for the old school individual that is still alive and kicking and not pushing up daisies or has become worm food. I apologize for the adjustment that occurred through our buyer for an aftermarket catalytic converter. We recently stopped allowing these renegotiations, and will be issuing you a payment for the difference. We will also ensure the buyer is up-to-date on current processes.

I see that someone else already started the payment process on our end, but missed s step that prevented your payment from going out. You will receive the check within the next 7-10 business days, and I will ensure that this error is addressed internally.

Misleading information

The towing company and driver was great. He was on time and very complimentary of our vehicle. I'd written in the form that it was not drivable due to the tires. Text to me said have the title and the keys and driver will give you a check for agreed amount. Vehicle didn't start due to battery not being fully charged, but we short charged it last night to get it out of the garage. Peddle insisted on giving us a lower offer and the tow driver handwrote the check. We were led to believe it was already written. No where in our acceptance emails or texts did it say we may get a lower amount. Due to needing the vehicle out of the way and rewarding the towing service for their customer service, we took the lower amount but feel very mislead by Peddle.

The whole process was very smooth

The whole process was very smooth, I found it very easy to sell my vehicle from start to finish. The only negative comment that I would have is that I was told the tow truck would be there between 8am and 12pm. The driver actually showed up at 1:30 pm. with no call in advance to let me know that he was running late.

Excellent, fast, flexible service and a fair price.

I had to abandon my car a couple hours drive from my home after it became undrivable. I contacted Peddle and within 15 minutes I had a generous offer for the car and an appointment scheduled a few days later to meet the tow truck. When inclement weather prevented me from reaching the car, I was given a couple options to resolve/reschedule.
