I notified that I didn't get the lenses, the same day they talked to me saying the package had been lost and that they would send me the lenses again in urgent delivery. I'm amazed by how they handled the situation.

Ships my contact lens and doesn't include the address tells me that I have to contact the shipper. The shipper almost abandoned my package for the second time, no compensation, and ignoring emails. Poor customer service. I will never buy from again. I used to be a loyal customer. I refuse to buy from them anymore.

I bought 2 pairs of contacts yesterday as a guest but didn't receive my confirmation receipt through email even tho the transaction went through. I waited 24 hours and received no feedback from their support team...It took about 26-27 hours for a response. It little out of the 24 hours range, but glad there was finally communication. Let's see how the lenses are when or if I receive them.

My favourite online lenses shop, to be honest. Product descriptions are always accurate and detailed and the lenses are lovely. Also, the shipping time is quite short, so that's a plus.

i use express shipping, it took 2 days to receive product. you can get free express shipping for 4 pairs purchase. if you buy 2 pairs you can get free standard shipping. Geo medical is always my favourite brand, recommended!

I just got my lenses today and I love them. You even get cute little contact cases. My only complaint is that the tracking number didn't work. Regardless, the came early and they're wonderful!

This store is amazing. I have I-Fairy pop lens from there and looks clearly in my Brown eyes. The shipping was really fast, and in three weeks I had the lens at home. Package was really good and lens became protected. I highly recomend this store.

I've recently ordered 2 pairs of lenses, and although they are still in the process of being shipped, I would still like to leave a review:
This review concerns not so much the quality of the contacts themselves as it does the wonderful customer support I've received!
I've had many NOT so pleasant experiences with other websites when it comes to customer support and resolving issues that may arise, but when I mistakenly placed an incorrect order on this website, even though it took me about 2 days to realize my mistake and I risked getting a response AFTER the processing period of my order ended, I contacted customer support about my issue and not only where they extremely quick to respond, less than a few hours after my inicial email, they were incredibly transparent, helpful, and willing to aid me in correcting my order.
I've never had such an easy, fast, and pleasant experience contacting customer support, and it is very clear that the staff value their customers and do everything in their power to help you in case any trouble occurs.
On top of that, I would argue I don't know any other site where I can get Good Quality lenses at such an affordable price.
Will definitely buy from them again if I ever need more contact lenses!
