Ibotta locked my withdraw many times. I dont like use this service more .
Does anyone know a service similar to ibotta that allows you to withdraw gift cards without verifying too many things?

I generally have a great experience with Ibotta. When there are issues, the team does a generally good job at handling them. I do like how fast the cash back posts. A lot faster than a lot of other apps. Only faster app is Rakuten, in my experience!
Customer care is generally helpful, but they often close your ticket and mark it as resolved without responding to it even once. It is pretty frustrating. Had to create same ticket 3 times in a row, no one even responding to it, but closing it and marked as Solved lol.
Ibotta is definitely trustworthy, but be prepared to chase your money and bonuses when they don't work. Systems are only as good as the people who programmed them, and the app is definitely very slow and clunky. But the payouts are legit.

Generally works well, however do not rely on the offers to alter you typical shopping, for example their off on 2.25.24 of $1 off two Oikos yogurt at Safeway, is a fabrication, app does not locate items on receipt, nor when you scan the barcode on the product, and there is no way to submit the item for review. I have had this happen with other products in the past. So if you are going to buy the product anyway, getting the bonus cash back is a bonus.

The app works well most of my purchases go through flawlessly through my linked accounts. The maintenance fees do not come out of my accounts but only from my Ibotta earnings. I find that the offers don’t apply to most of my purchases because usually the store brands are cheaper than the brand name options even with cash back offers. The service is good at reducing double couponing but the Walmart online order portion doesn’t always capture my receipts accurately, although I do not have Walmart+ and maybe that would make it work better. But if I make an online purchase from other websites the cash back is great, it’s like doubling credit card cash back.

I help my senior citizen mom with her account because she is not good with technology. She doesn't really use it. We have the same first and last name and live at the same address. I was also trying to open one for my father. Instead of doing it on their computer or phone. I did it on mine since we were out shopping. Well, apparently you can't do that. Fine, I have tried explaining this over and over again. My mother and I have offered to send in IDs that we have the same address and name. We have asked for confirmation on how to proceed if we open accts on their own devices. We just keep getting robots sending us the terms for Ibotta. I get your terms. But, lets face it. Ibotta disciminates against disabled and elderly people that have a hard time getting to the store. They make it hard to use their system for pick up orders and delivery. But, when you are being upfront about the mistake and offering evidence to show how the mistake was made. No one wants to even take a look. Shame on Ibotta. I brought this up in the begininng of opening my acct since I have health issues also. But, ibotta doesn't care.

I like Ibotta in general. But it is challenging to get a perfect picture of the receipt. The grocery receipt is long so I need to take 2-3 photos and get close to the receipt. It can be aggravating.

I have now redeemed $1000 cash back from Ibotta in the past year. It may seem confusing in the beginning but stick with it. Customer service responds quickly. They are very friendly and helpful so don't be afraid to contact them. The cash back I've earned has helped support us during the hard lock down. Anyone and everyone can benefit from Ibotta regardless of the size of your receipt.

Will deduct from your earnings if you’re inactive for a period of time, essentially steal what you’ve fairly earned. I have the Ibotta browser extension so it’s right there any time I shop on a site that is actually compatible with Ibotta, so don’t blame your users just because you don’t have deals with enough relevant sites.

Most amazing thing I've ever found. The amount I get back shocks me almost every time without even having to change much. I don't know why I ever doubted this app. I definitely recommend this to everyone. If you like getting more money back in your pocket then why wouldn't you start using it. Only thing I regret is not using sooner!

Coupon clipping with extra steps.
It feels like clipping coupons, only harder, since you have to search out deals beforehand and they're rarely for more generic things you would actually buy and you have to go through a huge list of stuff to find anything. Then, assuming you manage to find an item you might actually buy, the receipt never uploads. No matter that I deposit my paycheck with the same camera and it always works on the first try; no, this receipt is magically 'blurry' or 'you can't see the top' even though you clearly can. Seems like a scam to me, I'm not going to bother with it.

I started using the app just before Thanksgiving. To date i've earned back $98.17! I'm in awe at the savings. Ibotta is a must have for anyone who purchases goods and services in the USA. From simple conveience store, gas,food clothing and my word even Dollar tree shopping you can't go wrong.

Do not use this app over any other rebate or money-back app. I have been going back and forth with this company to get the $465 I generated. I notice that a lot of people have been banned for no reason. I, too, have been banned. They gave no logical explanation but said I had "fraudulent behavior." It seems they don't want to pay their customers after receiving credit from the stores we purchase from. I went to the BBB with this information because there are a lot of bad reviews. They need to be shut down!

I’ve been trying to get in n touch with someone regarding their thanksgiving bonus. I have bought all the sides within the past two weeks and it still hasn’t registered on my app that they have been bought. Therefore, I am unable to unlock the turkey bonus and it expires today. I’ve contacted the nonexistent customer service to help resolve the problem by today to no avail and so I have a couple of sides that I want used for Thanksgiving and bought a turkey last minute today in hopes that it thaws out by morning. 😣 🤦♀️

I love this app. It's easy to use and you can save a lot of money if you plan your purchases. One great feature is that you can use coupons along with the app to maximize savings. The only reason I gave it 4 stars is that occasionally the app misses some purchases when you scan a receipt, but you can remedy that by scanning the product barcode.

Absolute trash Cashback website.
Can't withdraw under $20 and then charge $3.99 maintenance fee on the sitting amount.
No reason for that crap as their rewards are not better than the mainstream ones who don't have fees. Just stick with the best such as Rakuten and TopCashback.

This app is not a scam. Do not make the same mistake alot of us fall victim too- believing everything we read or hear. Try it for yourself. I cashed out from scanning things I ALREADY BOUGHT. IT pays you to get beer or liquor and any type of grocery and they run specials on holidays which is when money is much tighter anyways. Don't be a dummy, use your thumby and pick out some offers from ibotta, and pick up all that money you keep leaving on the table.

I have great admiration for this app and enjoy the cash back. Also the option of getting cash directly into my bank account. But the types of rebates are limiting. I am trying to save money and the "brands" on here are of the most expensive.

Don’t bother booking hotels through them. The burdensome process of getting a credit is thrown back on the consumer in a “jump through hoops mentality.” Copying files,pdfs,attachments, is not the impression that they give to seamlessly shop online through their website. They immediately ask if you shopped through their website even after staring at my pending rebate for more than 90 days??? Don’t waste your valuable time on earth.

I am loving this app. It’s pretty awesome to receive cash back on your everyday groceries or from shopping online at some of your favorite stores. It is pretty easy to make the $20 required to cash out .

Nice to get refunds on purchases, however, I wish Ibotta would have more refunds for normal food items and not so much on beauty care, etc. Also, name brands are fine sometimes but wish you gave refunds more on the off-brands, too.
