Absolutely the worst customer service

Absolutely the worst customer service. They sell lenses that say '6-12 months. I wore it once and the second time they ripped?!!! They reply to me saying it is because I didn't take care if it. Why would I spend money and rip them myself? Trust is the products are cheap and tacky. They are false advertising and I will be reporting them to trading standard.

This company is super hit-or-miss

This company is super hit-or-miss, with mostly misses. I've now ordered almost a dozen pairs of contacts to try out different colors and types. I've only left official reviews for three sets of lenses: one five star, one one star, and one two star. All have had details and photos. The website has only published the five star review - so beware that whatever reviews you see on the site are NOT reflective of all reviewers. When I emailed asking about the posting status of one of my reviews, I never received a reply.

My two star review was regarding a set I would have loved, but one of the lenses was defective. Zero communication from the company regarding a replacement, which breaks my heart because I was actually super excited about that set.

I've stopped leaving positive OR negative reviews knowing that they'll just be cherry picked. Overall, I'm only happy with only two sets of lenses out of many from here.

I really want to experiment more with colored contacts, and I'd loved to have purchased more from here, but I've been burned too many times. Stay clear everyone

Comfortable and color payoff is great!

I e never worn contacts that are comfortable right off the bat! My eyes didn’t even need to adjust! They are so beautiful!!

The contact colors are very pretty

The contact colors are very pretty, and are exceptionally comfortable. The correction is flawless. The order shipped quickly and I received it in a minimal amount of time.

Best contacts

Super comfortable contacts, you could wear them for hours without any discomfort. Also very high quality, really clear and no blur at all. All they’re lenses are beautiful and I would definitely order from them again

I love how the contacts sold here are great quality every time I get them! I’ve had an experience with ttdeye (?) and theirs scratched my eyes so bad 😭 I’ve always bought from here and always recommend it too because it’s also very adorable ✨

I have not received my order

I have not received my order. I paid extra for fastest shipping. The US customs sent back my order to the sender from korea. So I am here still waiting and my event is coming up 3 days from now this is ludicrous.

Comparable to Acuvue Oasis!

I've worn Acuvue Oasis for over 20+ years but recently found EyeCandy's SILQ lenses. I am impressed with the quality of these lenses and how comfortable they are to wear everyday. The only time they feel a little dry is at the end of a long day, but I will definitely be ordering these again. I'd also like to mention that I've been thankful for EyeCandys great customer service through emails. They're friendly, timely with their responses and will enjoy ordering more lenses from them in the future! 🤎

Don’t trust the company

Eyecandys was having a sale so I purchased 2 pairs of contacts. The next day they canceled my order and raised the price. When I contacted customer support (and they VERY slow to respond) they pretended the sale never happened. Once I provided screenshots of my order confirmation including the sale price they changed their reasoning, saying it was a delivery issue (not sure how it could be since they cancelled my custom order hours after it was placed). When I offered to provide a new address they changed excuses AGAIN saying it had to be cancelled due to unforeseen circumstances. The contacts are still in stock on their website and when I called this out to the rep she ended our conversation without providing a resolution. I just want the contacts at the price listed since they are still in stock but the company is ridiculous.

Frustrated, and disappointed!

So, I placed an order and immediately realized I ordered the wrong color. The site won't allow you to edit or cancel your order, so I emailed. Every day I checked to get a response to no avail. After checking for 4 days, I concluded they weren't going to respond. Seven days later, they advised me to reject their delivery, but I didn't get that email because I'd stopped checking! I sent them emails explaining that I just wanted to return the contacts for a full refund, and since they didn't follow up within the time, they stated they should pay for the return. I haven't heard anything from them since Jan. 19th, 2024. Be careful doing busy with them... Order # EC175599
**2-12-2024 UPDATE** You'll get this super nice and apologetic response, which ultimately means nothing as you see here! It has been a month, and other than a lot of good-sounding customer service responses, NOTHING HAS BEEN RESOLVED BY THEM!!!

Your company runs a money-grabbing…

Your company runs a money-grabbing scamming business. Everything from your product to customer service is absolutely miserable. I have already filed a claim on PayPal after your customer service failed to reply to my mails. I'll be also reporting this to my followers. I have 300k+ followers on instagram. I paid for $74 for defective and missing items on your website and you guys absolutely don't care about your customers once you receive money. Shame on you guys!

After carefully reviewing your order and your communications with us, we can confirm that your order was delivered to you, and there's no such complaint of missing or defective product from you to us.

From our email and chat thread, we can see that you only complained about forgetting to apply your discount code at the point of ordering which you afterwards reached out to our customer service about the issue, and they could not reply to you promptly, but when they finally did, they requested you provide the discount code you wanted to use for your purchase, but they got no reply from you till today.

Other than forgetting to apply your discount code, which wasn't our fault. We only take responsibility for not being able to reply to you on time when you sought help; we have no other trace of complaint from you.

This also leaves us curious to know if you had contacted us through any other medium and/or with another username not tied to your order. We would love to hear back from you in this regard.

Beware

My order tracking was out for delivery and right away changed to returned to sender due to no such address and after checking my order details there are no errors in what I entered. I searched for reviews and was surprised to see many others here complaining of the same issue about not receiving orders. They don’t respond to emails and live chat messages either so I had to go through PayPal for a refund. My guess is they send an empty package with a purposely altered address so you waste time thinking it’s in the tracking system and legit waiting for weeks when you’re actually being scammed. Jerks.
In response to your reply no you’re not sorry or you wouldn’t do this to so many customers and you would reply to your live chat and emails instead of ignoring us until we write the truth here.

Best brown color contacts I've bought

I own about 7 pairs of brown color contacts from 3 different companies. The ones I got here are by far my favorite. I think they reason is the colors they use mimics natural eye color. Our eye colors changes depending on our mood, the angle of the light, the color clothing we are wearing, etc. These were very comfortable to wear for 6-8 hours.

My first circle lenses!!

I was a bit skeptical ordering from EyeCandy's after reading several bad reviews about them. However, my fears were quickly alleviated after I got my order. It came in just over a week which is FANTASTIC (my eBay orders which ship from Asia take usually 3 weeks)! My contacts are extremely comfortable and have beautiful color payoff. They livened up my photoshoot which is exactly what I wanted. Great site and products - you won't be disappointed!

No Customer Support

Received my package with damaged items and emailed customer support numerous time and have not received any reply. I have posted my reviews and pictures on their website. I do love this company, but when you're spending $70 with two damaged items you'd want to get a reply back or a solution. EDIT: They replied to me and I replied immediately back, but no response after to resolve the issue.

Good customer service, Good quality lenses, Great varieties of color circle lens :)

Reasonable price (not lowest, not highest). GOOD customer service!!! GOOD quality products! The latter two are more important to me. BONUS: Great variety of color/ circle lens with prescription! :D <3 Another lens company I love is Pinkyparadise.com **beware of Honeycolor.com it has horrible customer service. If your product comes defective, they will not respond. So far EYECANDYS has been really good with their customer service. Hopefully they'll stay this way =)

Don't trust the Lens Quiz

The shipping was not horrible, but the cost was not worthy of the wait. I ordered a pair of lenses that make me look 😈 evil. They were recommended by the sites Lens Quiz, but on my dark brown eyes, they make my eyes look red.
They sent an applicator and soft tweezers for the lens. They were stored in sealed vials so I knew they were not tampered with before arrival.
I am disappointed that my first pair (Pink Label Obsession Brown) because they were so horrible.

Per your request:
1. EyeCandys Pink Label Obsession Brown Sku: IC-CBO001-BR-000
2. My order was based upon your Lens Quiz recommendation. However, darker skin tones vary based upon undertone. Apparently, red undertones require a balance with cooler color tones. Your lens quiz would be more effective if it incorporated suggestions based upon skin tone,

Great service

I recently visited Eye Candy Optical. The store itself is a pleasure to walk into. The store has a spacious layout, making browsing easy, and it has good lighting. Amy welcomed me, respected my desire to browse on my own initially but stepped in quickly to assist once I was ready. And when I indicated that I wanted to look elsewhere before making a decision, she offered to loan me the two pairs I had tentatively chosen so that I'd have them to compare when shopping around. Although I didn't end up purchasing at Eye Candy, their service was exceptional.
