Frustrated, and disappointed!
So, I placed an order and immediately realized I ordered the wrong color. The site won't allow you to edit or cancel your order, so I emailed. Every day I checked to get a response to no avail. After checking for 4 days, I concluded they weren't going to respond. Seven days later, they advised me to reject their delivery, but I didn't get that email because I'd stopped checking! I sent them emails explaining that I just wanted to return the contacts for a full refund, and since they didn't follow up within the time, they stated they should pay for the return. I haven't heard anything from them since Jan. 19th, 2024. Be careful doing busy with them... Order # EC175599
**2-12-2024 UPDATE** You'll get this super nice and apologetic response, which ultimately means nothing as you see here! It has been a month, and other than a lot of good-sounding customer service responses, NOTHING HAS BEEN RESOLVED BY THEM!!!
