Quick, friendly and responsive customer service. Super fun and glad to be back on this app- the prizes are so cute! :) You do have to be patient with it but you do win prizes

There's a lot to go wrong here with clawee app . configurations are poor and best feedback you'll received is a texts that don't go to reach an agreement.im very unsatisfied of this game it's costing more than I buy out .clearly I spenting twice more than what I'm getting .it's sad to try at this point they such poor reassure over this conflict to they give out such few support .it makes worst you get a chance at 6 prizes the keys are more of ripped off to take part of .one month I spent 50 dollars but then only got one prize .another time just the same amount it was a huge lost .best thing left was a not ensure response whivh left me disappointing.the thing with keys though you have alot of chances but shipping is ridiculous.you buy product only to get more delay time on it .how is this game still making business .you get far less buying it on Amazon but the end factor there's few chance .in clawee it's as if your playing to lose more than you actually streak a cause .yea put so much effort in the game they give out such few coins that don't prioritize you for a win.look through refunds for footage mistakes you cleared out only for a ridiculous refund on how much you spent on it .it's worth is regretful to sight itself on their opinions are usually trash and they give such bad experiences on their way of promoting the site app.

Belive me or Not. There isnt anyone anywhere. WHO can beat the best. Claweeee ist awesome and HELLYEA it sreal.
Clawee is nearby 6 years old. Between App-realse and now(belive me or Not)All prizes I've won in this time. Are real and found the way to me. Of course...Sometimes the Delivery time is fast (Like one week) and othertimes the shipping way needs a bit more. But not even longer as six weeks.
Clawee is undefeated.
Not Like ANY other of the Grabbing maschines.

This is disappointing here with what I could hold a tournament but the prize for that only gives 800 coins .that isn't worth a dollar that's no pride for appreciation in that .you win first place but there's no ownership in that .it upsets to realized it's not good in a way .but they only have losses more than they do have wins .biggest complaint with this company is that they don't ensure warranty on their products .if gets stolen we didn't get enough out of it .knowing how much we got out of it .you lose out more than actually win .you spent 100 dollars but only get a refund for compensating 5 bucks that's really bad .knowing every time gets stolen you get only 5 bucks worth of coins .if you play you know experience that's not enough for a claim.depending on how much you win fir grabs isn't solely worth the time if don't get more.you get prizes you only pay for but isn't entirely enough.coping that you get only get 8 prizes to win first place but no status for it knowing you spent ,150 bucks .depending how long it ships that's doesn't include shipping cost .when prizes usually amount 15 retail price only once in a
while they giveout 10 bucks for a lose prize that got stolen.

My 6 year old was excited to win a plushie, so gullible me paid the shipping. The plushie never showed up - total scam. The worst part is disappointing a child - I know better but wanted to please him. You should be ashamed to call this a legit operation. Nothing but garbage.

Would give less stars if I could! Complete and utter scam, I won a few things but arranged postage for two of them- a jigglypuff Pokémon and a giant pumpkin, only for a completely different TINY rubbish dog bone toy to arrive. Absolute waste of time and money. Can’t wait to see this company close down.

Awful customer service, I won and paid to ship yet they charged me 3 times and after over a month of their support saying they could not do anything I charged back through paypal. They then lied to paypal saying they gave me coins that I accepted yet they did not and I did not accept that, please do not use this app

Won a free game, click to play says try another machine then the free game was gone. I tried to contact support, they keep going back and forth on email telling me to send a video and showing me how and there is nothing there to send. The shipping is ridiculous. Who will spend at least $10 to ship a 50 cent toy. Liked them before but now they are greedy and do not help

Literal Fraud. Sure it plays the games like any other claw machine mobile game, but as soon as you redeem prizes you get the complete run around. Prizes can take up to 3 months to ship. When arriving products were visibly fake and resealed to look like new.

Support said it has been 3 months since i won and shipped product so they can no longer do anything because its out of their control. Literally blamed me for them sending me fake prizes.

I had quite a bite of winnings. Keyed in my PayPal account. Then all of a sudden when I clicked on app money disappeared. And get notifications to collect. Click on app then all of a sudden downloads then disappears and goes back to my cell home page. Cannot open anymore and money is gone. DOES NOT GIVE MONEY. The app developers should be held for FAKE PROMISES & ADVERTISEMENT. 🤮🤮

This is amazing I got my first prize first try and I got my sister a ring plus I don’t know why you guys are complaining that it’s been a week since you got the item and it hasn’t arrived,but maybe if you check the track order on prizes it says the shipping takes 8 weeks so stop complaining

I won 3 toys really easily on mr “free trial” but as soon as I started paying, it got really dodgy really fast. Any toy caught in a claw falls out.
On 6 occasions I played a game worth 38 coins - 1500 coins and the claw gets stuck! It doesn’t move and then your time runs out and the claw drops into vacant space and you loose the coins - there is no way to get your coins back for a machine malfunction .
Also when you view the last winner clip, it says success 3 mins ago yet all the animals are in different places, positioned sitting up right which makes it very hard to get a grip. It’s clear as soon as a game finishes- the prizes are all moved back into the hard to get position rather than leaving them as they fall like a normal claw game

they lie to their customers. promise a free product yet when u got to send it u got to pay 7.99$. i own multiple businesses and send thousands across the USA and one i know a item that size and being untracked costs usually 1-3$ if that. the rest is pure profit. they're lying to their customers to make more sales. garbage company and strategy . ontop of that it takes 8-9 weeks to even get it if it even shows up which usually doesn't. they also write themselves good reviews on their facebook. terrible company never would recommend using a company like this. lying, stealing, how much more unethical can you get

This company is DISGUSTING they use social media to lure in children to steal from them and have no regard for their employees as people and would be fine if they lost their children and home. I literally can’t imagine a more evil company bottom line.

I won on clawee a year ago and spent a small amount on postage for 2 cute toys. This year I won 5 smallish toys and when I went to pay for postage it was £60!!! Who's going to pay that? All the toys retail price together comes to about £15 on AliExpress including postage. Everyone needs to look on AliExpress where they'll find the toys they've won for a lot cheaper than the postage alone. It's fun to play claw games but they're scamming people for money for cheap, crap mostly.

I love this app! Amazing prizes with totally real claw machines! The only thing I don’t like is they changed it to where you don’t get a daily prize every day anymore unless you purchase coins every 14 days :/ also it does take a few months to receive your prize but they are very helpful when the machines mess up all you have to do is send a copy of the video link and they will credit your account
