The entire process was smooth and easy. Communication was handled mainly by txt and folks at carvio were responsive. I was a little nervous at first since I hadn’t sold a car online, but I would do it again!

I had great communication with the employee taking my information so my old hooptie could be picked up super fast. The communication was prompt and clear. The tow truck driver came the next day and did what another company claimed they couldn’t and towed my car out of the garage in 5 minutes flat. I signed the title over and got my check. I’ve already recommended to other people. Will use CarVio again in future if need be!

Mr. Omar Garcia called me and was very proffessional and explained everything very well, made my 1st experience selling my truck online went smooth as could be and all the questions i had about doing this transaction, Mr. Garcia answered them all very well, i definitly will use CarVio again in the near future.

I was guided every step of the way! Sure- was sketchy at first but then after my research and seeing backed by Better Business B. how can you go wrong!
After checking locally and with other online companies- they gave me the most for car out of all the offers!!

Overall, it is an easy process. It is legitimate! I filled out the online questionnaire and someone immediately responded with a quote over the phone. You have to overnight your title to the company and then they pick up the vehicle. Payment was issued after they received the title. I chose the option to bank transfer so it took a few days to process. My process with getting the vehicle picked up was a bit of a hassle due to the people they contracted to pick up my car having their own issues. Communication was mostly fast (over text) but other times slow. And you’re not always texting the same person even though it’s the same number. However, once the car was finally picked up, I would say overall the experience was good.

Great communication from start to finish except for 1 glitch. On initial agreed pickup day the towing company was a no call no show. After calling carvio they got right on it and pickup was rescheduled for two days later. Went perfect. Driver called to confirm then called again ½ hrs before arriving. Great company...highly recommend

Seller beware, I had a offer from carvio I accepted the offer sent them the title give them the bank routing number then received a text they would be making the deposit the title cleared they were all set. I didn’t hear anything. I text them and said the buyer backed out. So they didn’t say they would try anyone else they just sent me back my title. Hard to believe they didn’t have any other offers. It’s a 2011 f150 super cab?

Sold them a car that had damage from an accident. Several companies made offers but Carvio’s came in the highest. Solid customer service experience. Driver arrived on time for scheduled pick up.

Very friendly and helpful. Asked the necessary questions to ensure they knew the condition of the vehicle and access to the vehicle.
Offered a fair amount for the vehicle. Ensured all necessary pictures,documents where all in order prior to sending a driver.

I never write reviews but these guys are total scammers ...Gave me a price and stated I had 7 days to accept bombarded me with texts and emails then said I only had 2 days as company policy has just changed and offer is now less. Do yourself a favor and avoid these clowns and their representative James S

Got an honest and fair price for my car.
I called and spoke to many other companies and salvage yards and they low balled me every time.
Dealing with your company was easy and the person I was dealing with was helpful and considerate.
Nobody likes to have to junk their car when it’s totalled and the driver that hit you was considered “not at fault” so their insurance wouldn’t make me whole.
The car was towed from my driveway and I was given a check right on the spot.
I’m grateful for the professionalism and ease of dealing with this unfortunate event.

Whether you’re selling a car or junking a car, the process is the same. I needed to get rid of my pickup that basically became a paperweight to me , in my quest to get the most back from it I was able to, I stumbled on Carvio, told them what I had , they made an offer and set the rest up. Not one time did the offer change or I get any static. Tow truck driver they contracted showed up to my address with check in hand for said amount and truck was hauled off just as discussed. Ran to the bank to deposit and was a happy man.
