I was offered less than half of the online price for my two iPhones. Said they had heavy scratches tiny white spot on edge of screen sent me photos didn’t look like the phones I sent. 🤷 Phones were both in cases with screen savers installed. Didn’t want to go through hassle of sending them back and going through someone else again so WTH.

I have used other sites before but I noticed those sites were sketchy at best so I pulled the trigger on Buyback Boss and I am very happy how it turned out. Their communication is amazing and they offered very good prices for both my Apple Watch Ultra and my Samsung Galaxy Tab S8. The payout was much quicker than expected and it turns out my tablet was in better condition than what I stated so the payout was more than offered based on my rating. I will definitely use their services again even if they don't offer the highest price.

Buyback boss service is great! From getting a quote on my phone to sending it out to them and getting pay was one smooth process. I used the bank transfer option, because it saved money vs the unnecessary fees charged by paypal. This is my second time using their service. I would recommend and use them again in the future.

Having looked at Trustpilot before choosing Buyback Boss (BB), I can wholeheartedly support the excellent reviews. BB made the whole transaction easy and communicated via email and text each step of the way. To my surprise and pleasure, the actual payback was higher than they quoted. BB could have easily paid just the quote and I would not have known the difference. Clearly this is an ethical and sound business at all stages. Thank you Buyback Boss!

Was offered less than half of the original estimate. They claimed it had light scratches (I beg to differ) but enough to half the offer? I stupidly accepted the low ball amount because I didn’t want the hassle of having it returned to me. When my payment came in, they deducted an additional fee. WTH?
UPDATE: I was contacted by BuyBackBoss with an apology and an offer for some additional compensation for my phone. Much more in line with what other companies were originally offering. I appreciated the lengthy explanation I was given. They do seem to care about pleasing their customers.

Total sham, I would stay away. Did not honor online price. After I sent the iPhone 14 Pro was contacted and offered $352 instead of the quoted price $607. I was told there were "heavy" scratches on the phone. The phone has never been used without a case. I produced pictures of the phone before it was sent in and the online quote for the $607. More excuses were emailed and they kept trying to negotiate on the price. Regardless, I had no faith in them and requested the phone be returned. Finally, after weeks the phone was returned but without the original box and accessories. Horrible experience and I would not trust them.

Buy Back Boss really took care of me! Not only was there upfront quote more than I anticipated but the actual amount that was deposited into my checking account was significantly more than I expected! Who does that in today’s day and age…….NOBODY
They followed up with a sincere customer service letter and have been very very easy to communicate with.
I’m usually very Leary of these types of companies but this time around for me personally was an exception to my rule!

There's a first time for everything, and I'm glad to have had done it with Buyback Boss! The entire process, especially shipping was seamless and straightforward. Got my payment within 48 hours and the price quote stayed the exact same. Will be "spinning the block" (as the kids say) very soon 😂 Nobody's touching Buyback Boss' process with a 10 foot pole! I went online to receive a quote for an iPad Air 4. The quote was the best of several I received. I also got a bonus offer making it irresistible. I received my shipping label via email, packed it up and sent it off. In several days I was notified that the inspection was complete and matched my description and that a deposit would be made by that evening. It was the fastest, simplest trade in transaction i have ever done. And the communication was outstanding. They even followed up to make sure all went well with the deposit. I would highly recommend Buyback Boss for any electronic sales you have!!

The trade in process was easy. Where I got a pre paid label and they evaluated my device within couple days and deposited money via bank transfer. They are definitely trustworthy and I will consider them again for any trade ins I have in the future.

I’ve been selling used Apple devices for years. I started using Gazelle as many people do but found smaller business often give better pricing. I tried using a smaller firm for a few years. Trade in values were better but customer services wasn’t great. I’d send the device and not hear for weeks. Once they lost my device. So I tried BuyBackBoss and was pleasantly surprised. I’ve been using them exclusively since. They offer the better trade-ins but have excellent customer service. They communicate with you the whole way so you know exactly where you are. Sometimes the trade is lower is my device is not as good as I thought but sometimes its higher if I was too “harsh” in my own assessment. Very fair.

After using Buyback Boss a couple of times, I would definitely use them again when I have another device to sell. Their rates are very fair and are a bit better than others I researched, and the customer service is very responsive. I gave 4 stars instead of 5 because it took ~10 days for my payment to be processed (after I sent an email to find out what the status was) even though the website says payment will be sent within 5-7 days. But, once I reached out, I was paid immediately and the payment process was simple. Overall, my experience with BuyBack boss was very positive.

What a great experience! Easy to get an estimate, mail it off and get a buyback in less than a week. I was pleasantly surprised when the value was MORE than originally estimated. (I stated a version older than it actually was.) They were honest enough to pay out the higher value! I recommend them very good with communication and timely processing!

I recently replaced my iPhone SE (2nd generation). Apple offered $80, Gazelle offered around $72. A web search found several places that offered more, with Buyback Boss, which I had never heard of before, leading the field at $112 for what I described as Good condition. I sent it in postage-paid using their mailing label. Imagine my surprise when, several days after they received it, they said it's actually in Flawless condition and they were sending my $146! I just received payment today, and I absolutely recommend them.

They are the best in buy back value when compared multiple other companies. In my case by mistake I sent out locked phone and when I wanted the phone back to unlock it they sent the phone back free of cost. I really liked the way they are doing business.
