Buyer Beware

Brads deal listing stated 2 toilet bowl cleaners from Amazon for 3.68, but when you click on Amazon it says 4.09 if you subscribe and auto order. If you just want one time order it’s 4.38. Not a huge deal but brads deals has misinformation ALL the time. Just read these reviews before ordering. My opinion is Brads Deals are Brads Scams!

I was trying to buy the spider T-shirts…

I was trying to buy the spider T-shirts three T-shirts for $30 shipped to my door. I understand I have to pay sales tax but I shouldn’t have to pay for shipping when your ad says free shipping. I put your code in the Proozy site that you’re offering this deal on, and it will not calculate, free shipping can someone fix this so I can finish paying for the shirts

I just ordered a Baggallini purse…

I just ordered a Baggallini purse through Brad’s Deals - had a lot of trouble getting the Baggallini site to work. After placing the order I immediately got a 149.99 dollar charge on my credit card from an Amazon site. Canceled my credit card right away. Wonder if I will even get the purse ever.

I order sandals company is suneefay it…

I order sandals company is suneefay it took 5 weeks to get here. What they sent wasn’t anything close to what I order they were sandals different style different color different pattern and stiff as boards not cloud steppers. I assumed shame on me that Brads deals were good products at a fair price boy was I wrong I will never order from brads deals again and I will spread the word shame on you for not knowing the junk people are getting suck with

I immediately went on Brad's Deals…

I immediately went on Brad's Deals after receiving their email offer. As it often happens, the "Deal" was not a deal, because it was unavailable.

In addition, check out the same "Deals" on Google, and often you will find a lower price. I recently bought a Ranger Rick kid's magazine subscription for much less than Brad's Deals was offering the same thing.

If you lay down with dogs...!

Brad's Deals explains that they, in effect, don't sell anything...that, in fact, they "direct you to the best deals on the web" and "only show you deals from the companies we trust". That being said, then, perhaps those in control at Brad's Deals should monitor more closely those companies. Or, better yet, they should try ordering a product from one of those trusted entities (using their personal funds) before endorsing them on their site. If you connect yourself in any way to a questionable or nefarious company, you bear de facto responsibility. If you lay down with dogs...!

They dont even deserve one star!

They dont even deserve one star!! I ordered a bogg bag for a trip that lead you to believe it came from Bed bath and beyond and stated it shipped from california and no its china, I am sure it wont arrive on time and will not be a true bogg bag so what a rip off!!! I will never do business with this place again!! Of course the dead giveaway is there is no customer service number which i found out after they got my money!!!!

B30 Doorbell Fail - $50 Down the Crapper

Bought several products on Brads Deals, a few
Couch covers (two which the stitching was way off on one and because we already put it on the couch and our puppy jumped onto it chose to keep it with all of it’s flaws. Then bought a wireless B30 Doorbell - already had one installed at the house which worked beautifully so we wanted to have another at our cabin - the one we bought from BradsDeals worked for a moment then died completely. We thought it was a battery issue but it was the unit. Our 2 cents - if you don’t mind flushing your money down the crapper buy at BradsDeals. You’ll make Brad a very rich man.

Brad's Deals: Obsolete products & suspect business practices

On Feb. 27th 2019 I purchased a JASONIC JLS-ES500 electric toothbrush. I received a JLS-ES700 but didn't realize that I had been sent something different than what I thought I was purchasing. Now, almost a year later, I find that the replacement toothbrush heads for either the ES700 or the ES500 are no longer available. I contacted both Jay's Products (the seller of both models) as well as Brad's Deals and both companies refused any help. In other words I was sold an obsolete or soon-to-be-obsolete product and neither company seems to care. It is this type of short sighted, avaricious business practice that, unfortunately, have become all to common and exemplify the low levels to which American business practices have fallen. In short, grab the money and run. Less than a year later I have an otherwise like-new electronic toothbrush that's now useless. Thanks Brad's Deals and Jay's Products...for ripping me and untold other consumers off !

Ordered a necklace from Brad's deals…

Ordered a necklace from Brad's deals for a "diamond"bar necklace... jokes on me clasp didn't work...waste of money and the jewelry seller got a stellar rating...
Fool me once shame on you...
I know better now...
Never trust something as personal as jewelry to these review places...no more sight unseen deals for this lady...
Broken cheap chain tiniest of diamond? Chips ever. Cannot even pick up sunlight...smh

I write this review with much anxiety. I mistakenly ordered another purse from a fraudulent company in Hakensack New Jersey. The first purse i gave it away. This one i will be seeking ALL of my money IF does not meet my expectations. Hope this works out.

Brad's Deal is a game changer

Brad's Deal is a game changer! I really mean this. When I found out about all the discounts available to teachers, I saved a lot of money and got connected to some of the best educational opportunities for me and my colleagues, such as Shedds Aquarium in Chicago. Not only did I get a free ticket, I learned about the teaching and educational programs and opportunities for teachers, students and kids. All thanks to Brad's Deals!

I recently broke down and although…

I recently broke down and although recovery service repaired temporarily they had no brake fluid to replace what had been lost due to leakage.

BF sold out at local store but the staff there directed me here.

Brads garage topped me up and had me on my way in 5 minutes. Would not take any payment.

I had my disabled mother with me and who was so thankful to not have to be delayed any further.

Well done to all at Brads - cannot thank you enough.

Safely back in Ayrshire within 2 hours

Brads Deals has daily deals I look fwd to checking out!

Brads Deals is a positively great great shopping site. Have only one experience so far and the order was received as advertised and shipping was on time as designated. I have passed info on this site along to all my friends and now they, too, check out every single Brads ad. The only drawback is in some cases the deal seems to have ended before I even received the notice. Highly recommend this site nevertheless.

My Favorite Discount Go-To, But Do Your Research

I visit Brad's Deals daily. I have found recently, however, that although their web page says Brad's vets sellers, it's apparent that they don't always. Therefore, *before* you purchase an item listed on Brad's Deals from a company you are unfamiliar with, search for a review of them. More and more, I'm finding customers, not of Brad's, but of the new company, dissatisfied with customer service as well as the product received. (I searched for a way to contact Brad's Deals directly about this issue but found nothing, so I'm doing it here...where I have also found negative reviews of a few companies selling through Brad's Deals.)

Even when I shouldn't be shopping I usually come across a deal that I can't pass up or keep my eye on to try and get later.

Brad's Deals is the best site I've ever …

Brad's Deals is the best site I've ever signed up with. The deals are outstanding! I am disabled, so I do almost all of my shopping online for myself and for gifts. There's such a wide variety that I can usually find exactly what I'm looking for. I think in all of the years I've been using Brad's deals, only twice did I have any issues. I would highly recommend Brad's deals without reservations whatsoever! I won't be stopping myself anytime soon! Keep up the good work!
