This bank used to be awesome but has since gone seriously downhill the past few years. The customer service reps used to be English speakers, but now are impossible to understand. It takes them half a month to send a new debit card if it’s lost. Today I even had a representative turn off my debit card after I specifically said not to do that bc I’m a single mom and my child needed to get food. I’ve been on hold for an hour trying to speak with a representative.

My customer service rep was fantastic. However, being made aware that Aspiration is incompatible with GoFundMe was unthinkable. After two years with this bank, I will be getting a card at a different one that allows me to donate to those in need. I've had to resort to venmoing friends who can donate for me. It's absurd.

Absolutely unacceptable quality of customer service. I've been repeatedly calling and monitoring my emails for the mysterious "email regarding this matter containing the instructions to unlock my account" for weeks now.
I don't why I chose to use Aspiration as my main banking institution but PLEASE BEWARE before you wind up like so many other people. Completely screwed by being locked out of your own account. The Philippines based called center "support" is nothing short of the bare minimum of care.
Like WHAT DO I HAVE TO DO DO TO GET ACCESS TO MY FUNDS?! STOP TELLING ME TO RESPOND TO AN EMAIL THAT SIMPLY - DOES. NOT. EXIST. MY 4 YEAR OLD DAUGHTER DOESN'T UNDERSTAND WHY WE CANNOT PURCHASE FOOD!

I had to dispute a transaction and I reached out and get Aspiration to help. They took care of it in a timely manner and is always ready to help. I have been a customer more since 2019 and that was my only issue and I know my money is safe and they take pride in everything they do

I love using my Aspiration account ! Each and every time i have any questions, need any help/support with anything at all whatsoever, the customer service agents are pretty quick to respond to my inquiry and are always very helpful and extremely friendly and helpful. I have always had a very positive excperience any and every single time i have ever needed any assistance. Although I actually do have a couple different online bank accounts, my Aspiration account is honestly the one and only account I really use. I love the fact that every purchase and/or every time I swipe my card, it gives back to the environment by planting trees. I would definitely for sure 100% recommend this online bank to any and ervery one in the whole world !

Aspiration has always been helpful in the few years I have been a member. I never have any issue with deposits, transfers or using my spend card. I always recommend them to friends when the subject comes up.

Aspiration helps to alleviate the burden of fuel emissions from the planet and your conscience by donating money to CO2 offset for every gallon of gas purchased with your debit or credit card. I believe it is actually a credit union rather than a conventional bank. Why wouldn't you keep your money with them? Also, please give Rocky from the Philippines a raise.

Fransisco was awesome and fast. I am constantly getting double charges through various companies, sometimes it's technical and sometimes it's malicious, having a representative at your bank personally look out for you means a lot. It builds trust which is a big factor for me to stay with a bank. Thanks again.

I used to love this bank, admired their commitment to green investments and felt that their business models benefited customers. Recently, their customer service has become terrible. They don't answer questions and are quick to blame me or any other financial institutions that I use to transfer money into and out of my account. They have taken away a lot of perks and I'm just sick of them. Really wish they would have stuck to what they were.
