Protect your investment with The Home Depot Protection Plan by Allstate. What is The Home Depot Protection Plan? It’s all the coverage you need to ensure peace of mind for any protected product purchased from The Home Depot. If a covered product fails or breaks down during normal use, we’ll either repair or replace it, or reimburse you for the cost of the item. The Home Depot Protection Plans cover many products, including major appliances, power tools, grills, mowers, small appliances, smart home, home electronics, power equipment, water heaters, generators, holiday decorations and fireplaces.
How Do I Buy a Protection Plan?
The best time to purchase your protection plan is at the point of purchase, in store or online. If you don’t purchase a protection plan or extended warranty right away, that’s okay. You have 90 days from the date of purchase of the eligible product to add The Home Depot Protection Plan. If you added the plan to your eligible purchase, you have up to 90 days from the product’s purchase date to cancel the plan for a full refund. If you cancel your plan after 90 days, you will receive a pro-rated refund of the plan purchase price.
Managing your Home Depot warranty is easy, too. Simply visit hdprotectionplan.com. Here is where you’ll view your products, manage your plans, file claims and track any existing claims.
