I purchased a sofa and a set of armchairs from this furniture shop, and I'm so impressed with the comfort and durability of the pieces. They have become the focal point of my living room, and I've received numerous compliments from guests.

I have been renting from RAC off and on for yrs. And just recently I rented from them again. I filled out a survey before I got my furniture and was frustrated because I got 3 different time frames from CS. Not really a big deal but the manager Called me and was kind of badgering me about the review I gave. I told him not to worry ...it's not that serious. But I thought it was very unprofessional to do that. I did get my furniture that day and all is well.

The Paris, TN Store employee Amanda went above and beyond to help me get the right product for my needs. I sincerely appreciate her patience and her thorough knowledge of how the company works. I will certainly do business with them again.

Paul and Amber are great people to work with. They make your experience as easy and comfortable as possible and make sure you stay within your payment budget. I have been with RAC FOR 10+ YEARS AND HAVE ALWAYS VEEN SATISFIED. They always go above and beyond to meet all your needs or situation that make come up.

The store is very helpful and has the utmost importance towards their customers. Anything you want you can send them a picture and they will make sure they get it in good times and they are very courtesy towards all their customers. This is about of Driver, 345 pm Central time. Driver drove down Center Point Parkway swerving in and out, then driving so close to people's bumper that it was almost causing multiple wrecks, at 1 time the RAC truck was driving 71 mph in front of Jefferson County Courthouse in Center Point, then turned left in 2 sets of Apartments. 1 on left and 1 on right. All I know it looked like tall black man who was driving as he passed, couldn't get number on back, but I think the 1st 2 might have been 02... Someone needs to be aware and needs to have a talk with him..

Rent-A-Center is a very good furniture shop. I've bought several pieces of furniture from Rent-A-Center Home Furnishings over the years, and overall, I've been quite satisfied with their products. Thank you so much.

** the manager at 101 Olney Ave cussed at me when talking to me about my bill! Even if a customer is late on their payments it doesn’t give anyone the right to talk to them like that! ** also threaten me and said he’d be outside my door every day waiting on me! He’s a man talking to a woman like he’s a gangster! I literally had to hang up on him and call corporate to file a complaint! Even though corporate sides with their employees, I still made a complaint! And that is supposed to be the face of that store! I scared! He make Rent-A-Center look bad! But everyone in that store is rude and disrespectful! I don’t recommend anyone rent from that store!

I have been with these guys for a while. Not saying all my payments were on time or anything like that. But all my stuff has been paid off the yet. I ordered something new and they have me waiting all day for it. After they give me a delivery time and then they wait till they close to ghost me and not even answer the phone. That is very disrespectful and I am definitely thinking about just cancel my entire order. I'm highly ** off. And this is the store off of East Berry in Fort Worth.

I don’t know how this place is legally able to still do business. Never have I came across some flat-out liars and crooks like these. STAY away from the Casa Grande store on Florence Blvd. I called corporate, they promised me a call back and I received nothing. Stay away from these people, don’t say you never heard it.
