      I was a **************** customer for several years. Those were the good days. Then, Capital One swooped in. Just about everything changed.

      I was scammed and charged $6000 via PayPal to my Capital One account. ********************** will not honor my appeal because I dont have a receipt from the scammers who put a remote software on my computer. How am I going to get a receipt saying that the scammers are going to do what they said they were going to do when they were thieves. Obviously I cant contact them; it wasa burn phone. Fidelity would never allow that to happen. Im done with Capital One! And anybody whos smart wont deal with them either..

      Id leave a zero star if I could. Sham of a business. I got the savor one card thinking the 3% is a good deal for dining but I was wrong. They get you with their ludicrous fine print. In the interest of avoiding interest, I always put my credit cards on autopay with the statement balance. Well this time, my paycheck came in a day late. My bank didnt pay them the statement balance, and it got returned. I called the next day and they processed it manually and removed the late fee. Low and behold, a week later I see a $15 interest fee on the account. I called and they said even though they reversed the late payment and processed my statement balance in FULL, Im still going to get interest for two statement periods!! WHAT!? This is the ultimate taking advantage of customers. What a joke. Ill never use this card again. Ive had other cards on occasion miss a payment by accident, and they never do this. Capital one is a company that takes advantage of their customers. 0 stars if I could.

      My payments stay on hold for 3 weeks "to clear" when it's already out of my bank the next day or the same. I understand some circumstances but I gave them money they received my payment , applied to my balance but still not available for use for 1-3 days ...hah! More like 1 to 26 days before it's made available. I can't even depend on this card even if it's under the limit plenty. They use computers but still work like a dial up modem in 2024.

      Capital one - Unfairly charged for several months of Late fees totaling over $300 despite that fact that I had auto-payment on the account.I think taking advantage of customer.This company needs to be investigated by the law

      Capital One credit card made my credit bad because I had charged and paid for match.com and I tried to cancel match.com I did everything I could to cancel it like they told me to but they wouldn't cancel it so Capital One want to charge me this money for the rest of my life so I canceled the credit card

      Is a hassle trying to talk to a human and when you finally found the way - the representative never have a clear or straight answer. Always giving vague or not answers. All they like to said is "is the sistem" "is how the sistem works"

      I made a purchase from ********** for $799 using a Capital One debt card in 3/25/2024. On 4/3/2024, I returned the item, and got a full refund from **********. At the time of the refund, they did not request my card, since they just refunded it to the card the item was purchased with. Later, I receive an email from Capital One stating "the transaction was declined because the expiry date provided was incorrect" Mind you, the refund was done to the same exact card that was on file from when I originally purchased the item successfully. I called Capital One, and they acknowledged that it was a glitch in the system. However the only way they can give me my money is if they go through a dispute claim with **********. Not just that, but they won't give me a credit until 4/16/2024. Two weeks after their system glitched and caused me to lose $799. Not just that, but their out sourced customer support kept running scripts on me, running around in circles. It was beyond obnoxious. So now, here I am sitting waiting for Capital One to place a dispute against ********** (who did nothing wrong) unable to use my $799 for 2 weeks and won't know if I got my money back until 90 days. I will be closing all my 2 bank accounts and 2 CC with this horrible bank
