    I made a Hotwire purchase through Topcashback on July 1, 2022 which had a cashback of 8%. I received an email from Topcashback on July 4, 2022 saying that the order was tracked. The amount of the cashback was $405.96 I have uploaded that email for this submission. I was told by Topcashback that the cashback would not start processing until after I completed my trip. I completed the trip on January 10, 2023. I was then told be Topcashback that it may take up to 15 weeks for the cashback to be approved and hit my account. After this 15 week wait time there was still no update on my cashback and was told by customer service to wait longer. A few more months past and in July 2023 I received notice that my cashback was declined for this purchase. I wasn't given any reason. In August 2023 I submitted a missing cashback form as suggested by Matt, a customer service manager for Topcashback. I completed this form on August 9, 2023 and Topcashback told me the form was submitted to Hotwire on August 24, 2023 but it could take a while to get a response back from Hotwire. It has now been almost 8 months since this submission. I reached out to customer service and the only response I received was that they were "frustrated" and they were doing all they can. I asked to be transferred to a customer service manager support or a tier 2 level customer support but that went unanswered. I'm not sure why customer support would not transfer this to a manager and this is just being dragged out. It has now been 1 year and 3 months since I completed my trip and I have absolutely no more information today regarding this cashback than I did after completing this trip back in January 2023.

    They generally have the best rates, but recently I've had some big ticket purchases not track. One of them I even used the browser plug-in and made sure it was showing that the cashback was active before clicking purchase on the order review page. I have 3 outstanding claims that they haven't even submitted to the retailer yet. They've always been my go-to cashback site, but I'm starting to lose faith.
