    I used the Ibotta app to purchase through ShopDisney with a 6% cash back. I have used the app for YEARS and always check the fine print to ensure my purchase will count for cash back. The app must have had a coding error, as when I clicked for the fine print, nothing was shown. The only information given was that I had to click "shop" and purchase through their link. I did so for a $500 gift card, as I had been doing research and all other retailers offering a deal on a giftcard was a *** of 5% back instead of 6%. Ibotta has since fixed the fine print to show that gift cards are excluded, but on the day of purchase, that was not shown on the app. They are refusing to credit me the $30 (6% back) that the app stated I would get. I could have gone elsewhere and gotten 5% back ($25) but instead, I am now stuck with 0% back. I would like the 6% credit I am owed, or at least 5% back as that's what I would have gotten from other retailers had I shopped elsewhere. I have included screenshots of when I purchased (time 9:54) showing the screen that came up, and when you clicked the screen, it took you directly to the ShopDisney site, vs when you click on the app TODAY (time 8:20) showing when you click the screen, that NOW fine print shows up. It is NOT my fault that the app was working incorrectly last Monday and did not give the user Fine Print. You can tell it WAS in fact different last week in the app, as the "shop" option isn't even shown in the first screenshot. Had the app shown fine print, I would've purchased the gift card elsewhere, and it is non-refundable so I am demanding at least what I am owed for the difference (5% or $25)

    Ibotta deactivated my account. I had close to $100 in my account. I wrote in and told them I could not withdraw my money. No response besides the automated your account has been flagged and basically accused me of fraud. Over the past few weeks I had shopped more than usual to meet a higher bonus offer and I even explained this issue. I have the receipts and products that I could even send them proof of. The same thing happened to my sister whose account they deactivated as well. Both of us had a high bonus when then they decided to do this. Ibotta is nothing but a bunch of scammer who make money off of us buying stuff and when they have a high payout they refuse to give it to the account holder.
