    BBB files indicate that this business has a pattern of complaints concerning service and payment issues. Specifically, consumers are alleging that they take surveys but do not receive the promised rewards and when they contact the business regarding this, the business promises to release the rewards for eligible consumers but then does not follow through. On 4/18/2019, BBB submitted a written request to the company encouraging them to address the pattern of complaints.

    On 4/23/2019, the business provided a response outlining the steps they are planning to take to alleviate this pattern of complaints. This action plan consisted of eliminating the concept of pending rewards and will instead work towards issuing rewards to consumers account as soon the member completes the survey.

      I created my since before October 17, 2020. I don't know the exact date since I deleted the email but the earliest mail from Product Report Card is from October 17, 2020. Due to dealing with real life issues, I haven't been on the site for a while. I'm not sure when was the last time, but I did cash out payment on July 14, 2022. I recently tried to log into my account again to check if I have money left over to cash out, and it said my account is not activated, which makes no sense since I have been doing surveys since at least 2020. Looking through my emails, I didn't find any emails from Product Report Card informing me that my account was being deactivated or anything. When I contacted support, they said I had to provide personal identification such as a driver's license, official tax document, or a paystub. Again, this makes no sense since I didn't have to provide ANY of that when I initially created the account so how would providing very personal information connect me to my account? This seems very scammy in their way of trying to obtain personal documents from me. I confirmed with customer support that my account still has a balance of $31.20. I would like to be able to cash out the entire $31.20 WITHOUT having to providing any personal documents since 1) I didn't have to do so when I created the account and 2) I have been using this account since at least 2020, so it's suspicious that I'm suddenly not able to log in. I would also like to have my account closed and all personal information stored deleted. I am a ********** resident.

      Am a member for a while never had a problem with them til March 11th when I redeemed for my 25 dollar Amazon code,said it was processed on the 12th of march and never got it emailed to me.Sent an email on or about 19th asking for my payment No response,then again a few days later tell them I was going to report them and would just like what Im owed but again no response.Any help would be much appreciated

      Company does not always credit correct amount for completed surveys. And, I have noticed now that I am close to the amount needed to be able to withdraw, once I complete a survey, there is an error so I do not get credited.

      Additionally, now that I am nearing when I could cash out, instead of instantly getting rewarded a message appears that the credit will be applied in 2-4 weeks. One more detail is that most rewards are only $0.10 even though the email invite states more. Inaccurately awarded for time and effort.

      I began the process of creating an account with this company. Halfway through, they began asking questions about my children. I did not want to share information about my children online, so I simply closed out of the browser. Unfortunately, unfortunately, I continue to receive emails and have discovered they did create an account for me I do not wish to have my information in their database or to use their services. I have phoned and left messages as well as emailed them repeatedly I am not receiving any response, but would like all of my information deleted from their database, and would like confirmation of this in writing.

      In regards to project #******.I took part in a paper towel testing project that was completed on 9/21/23. I had to purchase the paper towels from my local store and was promised I would be reimbursed for the amount that was paid. On my reciept that was submitted, you will see the price was $24.99 and a coupon took off $1 so I am owed 23.99.I have messaged your customer service a number of times and the response each time is this:------------------------------------------------------------------Thank you for contacting us.Please email the project manager directly at ************************ as I cannot assist you with this issue.Best Regards -----------------------------------------------------------------I have done as you said to and have messaged the manager directly on 9/28, 10/6, and 10/18.       On 8/25/23 I signed up on the product report card.com website to take surveys for cash. I filled out my account info and per the suggestion of the website, I completed a handful of profile questionnaires so that I would have a higher chance of getting surveys sent to me. The website stated the more you fill out the better your chances are. Later that day I got an email from the site saying my first survey was here. It stated that it would take 5 to 10 minutes and I would get $5 for completing it. I completed the survey but never got the $5 reward. I contacted the company twice and today on 8/27 I got two emails from them. One of them stated there was no way I could have completed that survey because if I had them all of my profile questionnaires would also be complete. It then stated that if I go in and fill the rest out I would get my $5. The second email also told me to go complete the other profile questionnaires and then email them and they will give me $5. I responded with screenshots of the original email that says nothing about completing more profile questionnaires, it merely states that if I complete the survey I get $5 as my first reward. I also stated that nowhere in that email does it say anything about those questionnaires whatsoever. Their website actually states that those are just a way to get more (or better) access to surveys because it provides more info about me that might make me qualify for certain surveys. Id like to have the money owed to me for my participation, which was expressly offered in their email.

      My problems started with this company on 02/05/2023 They offer fees for taking their surveys, but once I finish a good paying survey. They set their system to reject it after I spents hours doing it. This company is getting smarter by offering more on their survey so people will agree to complete it and when they are done, they don't get paid and PRODUCT REPORTCARD benefit from this survey. The lady that answer the help phone number might be the owner of this company. She acted like nothing is going on wrong at this company. I feel like this is a major scam of 2023 and it's wrong for Product Reportcard to keed missleading people and wasting hard working people time and money. I know they have ripped me off of many dollars at this time. I know this company will be shut down in the future once the world figure out what they are doing !

      On February 1st 2023 my credit card with card.com expired and I called to get a new one but never received it. It's been over 1 month and I have left them emails and they don't have a direct person I can call. I am disabled with 2 kids and I had $ ***** in my account and really need that money.
