I scheduled an appointment to fix a plumbing issue for medium job 2-3hrs. I sent the ****** several pictures of the shower that was leaking. The valve was leaking. He stated he could fix the issue. The ****** arrived late, did not clock in upon arrival nor did he clock out when he left. That is apart of taskrabbit policy. He changed the shower head and stated my plumbing issue was fixed. I communicated to him water was still leaking and he stated it was coming from the hose and it was fixed. ****** left within less than 20 minutes shrugged his shoulders and said bye it's fixed. I reached out to the ****** after he left because my shower was still leaking and he never responded to my inquiries to resolve the issue. He blocked me from the chat. I then reached out to the company to attempt to resolve my plumbing issue and it's still not resolved. The company suggested I rebook with another ******. However when booking with another ****** I would incur another trust fee which is ***** and they did not refund me from the task that was never completed. I was speaking to agent **** who is very rude and condescending stating the trust and support fee is located on the receipt. My plumbing issue is still not resolved and I'm out of money to fix the issue because they refuse to be empathetic to a first time customer and refund me my money. The ****** was extremely unprofessional and not qualified for the job he booked. I just want my money refunded.
