              I placed an order on 04/01 The order was never shipped. 04/10 I submitted the first ticket that was closed but not resolved. 04/11 I finally got a notification the my order was cancelled. I have submitted multiple support tickets and have not received a refund for the $177 I used in credits I had Or the $59 that was charged to my card. I would just like a full refund as well as credits to show that you value me as a customer. As of right now the companys lack of action show I am not valued Your GOAT order #*********

              Just terrible experience. ******** care is a joke. Stay away !! What kind of company is this? Refuse to ever give refund even when theres something wrong with the shoe. You would think paying over price for a item you will receive better customer care. They dont even have a phone #. Oh wait they do but to only leave a message. No live person to talk to.
