              I never received my order which was tagged as delivered so I contacted them through through multiple communication chains with no one being able to help me. I live on a street with two of the same road names which *** sent a picture of proof that its easily mistaken to be delivered to the wrong house. I was told I would receive a refund with customer service on the phone(twice)just for them to put me on hold for 30min and told me they couldnt help and to email them. Ive emailed with still no resolution. I am so disappointed in the lack of help from customer service. Having to jump through hoops just to get a refund that I havent received. So I was told false statements from customer service that I would be refunded with that obviously not happening. I will not be ordering from them again. They dont care about their customers and what they put them through. Even customer service chat said they couldnt help. Why have a customer service team if you cant actually help and send them to a second party? So frustrating and disappointed.

              Absolutely the worst delivery service ever. Had I known before ordering a $600 camera from Best Buy that this is what they were using for delivery I never would have ordered. 3 days after it was supposed to be here, it is still in an endless cycle of "shopper assigned", order created, shopper assigned, order created. There are probably 15 times at this point a shopper has been assigned and not picked up. If the business cannot deliver, they should not be in business! We go on vacation tomorrow and now we are stuck since best buy did a store credit for replacement of our broken camera through geek squad and will take them 7-10 days to process refund. AVOID SHIPT at all costs.
