Don’t ever buy from @Longines. Please as consumers we need to beware of this fraudulent actions when returning their items. I have never received horrible customer service and the expectations of @longines are horrible. I will file BBB report. I am beyond upset with service.

Be careful to not dig into the product details with this company. I made the mistake of not doing so and received a $300 tag watch band that was useless with out a buckle, clasp, straps, holes punched etc. Just a band arrived.Review from Stephen R

The 26mm Rolex watches for women in this store are overpriced. These models were discontinued in 2015, and despite claims of being new, the one I purchased was manufactured before 1995. It's hard to believe they are genuinely brand new. I wouldn't recommend buying watches from here; it's not worth it!AuthenticWatches.com Response

I bought a new Omega Seamaster from Authentic Watches and it stopped running. They provided a warranty for five years so I paid all the postage to send it to them for repair and they said it’s not covered and they required $975 to service it which I declined. I had to pay $74 in postage but lesson learned, there is no warranty. When I took it to a certified Omega repair shop they said it had a worn out balance staff, total repair cost is around $700 which authentic watches should cover but wont honor their warranty. You are totally on your own and they misrepresent the age and condition of their products, stay away total scam.Review from Christine R

I would give 0 stars if I could. I had my Amazon/email accounts hacked and someone used my credit card to purchase a watch. The first card was reported Fraud/stolen and they still accepted a 2nd form of payment just to make a sale. Somehow, I actually received the fraudulent purchase through Fed Ex. When I reached out to Amazon Pay/ Authentic Watches, they refused to offer a free pickup. They didn't care what I was trying to tell them, they just kept saying that it was up to me to return it within 30 days. They have very specific instructions for return and it cost me $116 to send it back per their instructions.Review from Thomas R

If you try to return your watch they will hold your money hostage for weeks AND charge you a 10% restocking fee. I ordered a watch that was labeled “store display” and received a previously owned watch, it even included the receipt of the previous owner and their purchase date. As I go to return it based on the item being incorrectly labeled, they refused to give me a full refund and proceeded to ignore emails and hold my money for weeks before finally refunding me with a 10% deduction of my total purchase price. Absolute scam, spend your money elsewhere with more reputable dealers. The reviews on their website are fake. They are broke scammers who generate a significant portion of their revenue from fleecing customers 10% on all returns.AuthenticWatches.com Response

Any watch that leaves a store will need paperwork with it. That does not mean that the watch was owned or worn by anyone. We delivered a store display as promised. We offered you an exchange for a new version but you refused. When placing the order you agreed to our polices.Review from Anwar J

I can tell you firsthand that the reviews of customers buying new watches and receiving them used, then getting charged a restocking fee because they were sent out new but returned used, are 100% true. Do not buy from this "company." I collect watches and recently purchased a new Omega DeVille. When it arrived there were no OEM tags, no OEM protective stickers, the case was scratched and their was a hole in the strap that was larger than the others because it was obviously worn. It had an aftermarket piece of plastic around the watch and one of their own aftermarket tags attached. I immediately called to explain I had received a used watch. They claimed that they don't sell used watches. After returning it I was charged a $230 restocking fee that was taken out of my refund because they said I received the watch new and I returned it used. That was a 10% fee. They offered to charge me a 5% fee if I wanted to exchange it for another watch. Really?!?! Why would I want another watch from these people? This is a scam that it looks like others have experienced. I have no reason to lie and I am a trusted eBay buyer and seller of watches. I am happy to share more info including my email exchange with them if you DM me through Instagram. @*******hguy
