They advertise a warranty on their watches. But when I sent mine due to day and date misalignment they claimed some minor scratch on the case was the case and didnt even attempt to fix it. Will never buy a watch from them again.Review from Sh N

Excellent service and price. Only thing I would recommend... Do not use **** as your shipping agent. Watch was delivered to wrong address. Took me two days to track it down.sometimes free isn't free.Review from Danielle M

I LOVE Jomashop! They sell fantastic high end brands of niche perfume completely authentic and at reasonable prices. My family has made about a dozen separate purchases from this company and every product has been sent to us with super speedy shipping and packaged exquisitely. Their customer service is really bad, especially for the type of products they sell. I tried to return a watch and they rejected the return. Then they asked for my address three times, and I provided it, and it took them two months to ship it back. They kept the watch and my money for two months. The prices can be tempting but I absolutely regret buying from them and will obviously never do it again. There are other grey market sellers that are much better (e.g., The Soloist).Review from Muhammad J

DONT SHOP HERE!!! HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM ********!!!! THEY DO NOT VALUE CUSTOMERS AT ALL.!!! THEY WILL HANG UP IN YOUR FACE WHILE YOU ARE TRYING TO ASK FOR A SUPERVISOR BECAUSE THEY ARE RUDE AND INCOMPETENT. JOMASHOP WILL SELL YOU ITEMS THEY KNOW THEY DON'T HAVE IN STOCK!!!! BUYER BEWARE!!!
