Never again will I buy from Poshmark.Ichave a hard time finding my size shoe. I saw these sandles that were walking comfort sandles. They were described as new, good condition, and never worn. It had two photos that wasn't close up. When I received them I was so disappointed.The straps were really wrinkled, and the color was faded. I contacted the seller and Poshmark.They started a case and asked me to send photos.I took close *** you could clearly see the defects.They asked me to send more photos, and I did.Poshmark emailed me on the third day and denied my return with no explanation.I emailed them and asked for corporate to view my case again and told them that this decision is unacceptable and I need corporate, a manager, or a supervisor to view my claim again, and they haven't responded back I've been scammed.I'm disabled and unable to afford to waste $36 but unfortunately I'm stuck with these awful looking sandals. I just purchased a $1300 ********************** PM handbag in plenty of time for a mother's day delivery. The seller and myself text Poshmark through their portal explaining that they needed to expedite their authentication process in order to receive the gift before mother's day. After 3 text with no response Poshmark sent an email indicating the authentication has passed and I would then be notified when shipping dates would be available. Still ignoring any of my request for delivery before mother's day, I received a shipping notification that it would deliver after mother's day. I immediately canceled the order. Don't trust this website. I ordered a jumpsuit and it was an inferior product and they would not let me return it. Almost $100 gone. The other jumpsuit I ordered was returned to the vendor because **** wouldn't just leave it at the door like Amazon. They really don't care about customers. been a whole year since i'd began actively selling high end luxury brand items - all of which were certified and Authenticated(by POSHMARKs team).with not a single dispute, complaint, return/refund under my belt, consisting mainly of an all satisfied customer base (having been ratedTOP-RATED SELLER!, andFAST SHIPPER! by once again POSHMARKs team ) suddenly due to whatever circumstances, all sales were stopped, having my whole closet wiped-without any warning nor explanation, I may add Now, I having sold 3 items on March -April 2024, for the amount of $1788.03, but only receiving only the first payment part of $999, 04/06/2024.On 04/13/2024 eagerly checking when the remainder of my POSHMARK redemption balance could be sent to my USUAL redemption banking method(being PayPal). Realizing that now for me to SIMPLY RECEIVE the next payment of $788.03, i would have to use the ONLY other viable option that the POSHMARK team left for me(besides gift cards).that being an account and routing# to direct deposit. Not fully having accesses to an actual banking institutions account/routing info I'd linked the only option i could have thought of That being my PAYPAL DEBIT ACCOUNT/ROUTING info! to which POSHMARKs team supposedly submitted a request to THE BANCORP BANK , POSHMARK also stated that the bank would receive the money on April 17, 2024. IT IS NOW May 07, 2024.... AND *** WOULDN'T YOU KNOW??... STILL NO PAYMENT FROM POSHMARK!!After PATIENTLY waiting waiting for a response to the countless amounts of emails sent to POSHMARKs SUPPORT CENTER, receiving nothing but complete and utter disappointment from POSHMARKs customer support service.or lack thereof, i'd then decided to contact PAYPAL support on 04/26/2024, asking if they had received any POSHMARK TRANSACTION REQUEST. PAYPALs RESPONSE:"We're unable to locate any credit from Poshmark . Please contact Poshmark to locate the money and verify that the account and routing numbers are correct."Review from Voncelle L

The dress i ordered was not equivalent to the original advertised pictures. If you look at the sellers picture and compare it to the front view of the customers picture you can see there is a difference when you put it on. This dress has a soft spongy, foam sheet for crafts like feel to it. No where in the description does it tell you its 95% polyester. Maybe thats a fact that was intentionally left off by @********* for those that are familiar with fabrics. I was told that I should know what the material is by looking at it. And thats a direct quote from the seller. The customer pictures were not posted with the sellers pictures originally. Not until I asked for a refund did they appear. As an older woman you may sweat a lot in this dress as its not a breathable material. I was not granted a refund by the seller or Poshmark after pointing out that the material is not something that I was aware of or happy with. I was immediately criticized for my opinion of the dress. I spent ****** on this dress with shipping included only to have to donate it. I advise you to make sure you know the policy of Poshmark backwards and forward as this seller expects you to since she doesnt give refunds, At least she didnt for me after I repeatedly asked what kind of material it was that I received and let her know numerous times that I didnt like the dress. I was told by Poshmark that I should try to sell it myself. As I stated to them, if you look at the pictures on a menu and order because it looks good, then taste it when you get it and its horrible dont send it back, just eat it or try to sell it to the other customers in the restaurant. Thats basically what they did to me. Buyer Beware!!! Please look at the customer pictures compared to the professional ones with the filters. Poshmark said they reviewed my complaint and dont gel qualify for a refund for a dress that I couldnt walk in and try on or touch until I received it.Review from EKIZABETH K

Scammed recd broken product was repeatedly called a scammer by the seller the zipper was broken item smelled of mildew the seller did not get in any trouble calling me names how is it a scam when all you want is to return an item that the zipper lock won't stay upReview from Suzy J

I bought a Hobo purse and the photos did not reflect the wear. THEN it had the Goodwill tag still attached $7.99. I paid wellway more than that. ************* would take the return and backed the seller. Never again!Review from Lorna T

I agree that Poshmark has the WORST customer service that Ive ever experienced. They do not look out for the customer and favor the seller 100%. I will never buy or sell clothing on this site ever again! I plan to escalate my issue to the corporate level although I have little hope it will help.Review from Tanya D

This company is Scam. Items arrived damaged. Seller want Poshmark to return my money, but they want to keep my money and not transfer to seller. Fraud
