DO NOT ORDER FROM GROUPON!!!!!I got charged $26 for an item I did not receive. The item does not even come up in My Groupons. **************** is non existent. This is a SCAM company. Gave a 1 star review as a 0 star was unavailable !!!!Review from Lorrain K

I am completely exhausted and bewildered because of undue stress caused by Groupons lack of Customer Support. Ive been trying to resolve an issue about logging into my account and requiring a new password. Ive been trying since Friday and today is Monday.I also have a disability which makes tying very difficult and also results in considerable pain.All I want is to be able to do a simple password reset so I can access a Groupon I havent yet used. *** asked for special accommodation in they was of a phone call and this gets ignored. I asked on Friday to have my case escalated and was told it would be. Yet no one has contacted **** feel that my Human Rights are being Violated.Review from Warren G

0 star if possible. Very bad business practice and a greedy company. Chase fraud alert was confusing and created double charge for me when purchasing ******** tickets for ************** ******** indoor ski, on Groupon. Both Chase and Groupon claimed the charge was legit and ignoring the fact that the fraud alert approval did not confirm immediately, forcing me to make the 2nd purchase. Which showed up a day later on 1/1 vs the original purchase that showed up on 12/31. Groupon considered both charges legit and refused to refund $280. ***** ignoring the fact of their non responsive fraud alert system. Both companies have bad business practice.Review from Mario A

Bought my first and last Groupon last night because I Was overcharged and there's absolutely no way to contact any type of customer service despite their site saying there's a live chat. (There's not, nor is there a phone number or email)Purchased a Groupon advertised for 55$ after an additional promo. At check out it showed my promo and said total would be 55$, but I was charged 65$ on my bank account and in the emailed receipt. Bogus!Review from LaQuita F

I do not recommend. I accidentally purchased a Groupon for an oil change that was out of state. They said I cant use it nor I cant get refunded. I have about $60 just sitting on Groupon. Very disappointed.Review from Anthony M

Do not use Groupon. We accidentally booked two rooms and they made it impossible to even speak with a representative besides over internet chat. Make a long story short, I have to eat the cost of a second room. Never again will we use Groupon.Review from N.E H

ZERO stars. Groupon either as glitches, privacy breaches or is now practicing fraud. They do not cooperate with any remedy regarding unauthorized purchases. Strange how the unauthorized are always the non refundable. They will be losing thousands of dollars from us now. They should compare the loses and just fix this. Worst lying company ever. I am a small business owner, that have not received payments for 4 months. Every time they feed me that they system states its "void", we will escalate.. and nothing. I am tired of fighting with them, just be careful if you are a merchant, you will talk only through some chat, that person dont know anything. and it will never end. SCAM...Review from Tracy A

I made a purchase and never received the order. Groupon refuse to help in getting a refund. What a scam
