Will not load my sign up page details, repeatedly shows the message error connectivity issue please try again later. Even though my phones internet signal is at full capacity Have tried uninstalling and reinstalling to try signing up and to no avail. Unless issue is resolved I will remove and delete from my games folder, still unable to sign up and use app so won't continue to waste my time with it. Uninstalling permanently

app isn't very good at the moment, over the last 2 weeks, I have completed quite a few surveys, only to have them either declined at the very end, or I don't receive my reward at all. every time I try to contact them for help, the page you need to type on, disappears before you have typed the first word, and takes you back to the homepage.

The app isn't so great now. Some of the surveys either don't show (I just had to decline one paying £6) or it shows but only on half of the screen. Not sure why. And the app flips from one view (where your payout amount can be seen) to another which is odd. Otherwise it's a great app and a great survey site. I've had £20 payouts several times over the past few years.
