I am a Capital One card member and I received an email for a promotional $10. I downloaded the app, and looked around for my $10 reward, which never came. I went back and read the fine print and realized that this is for new customers only. I had thought they had sent me the promo offer BECAUSE I was a loyal customer! They shouldn't send this promo offer to existing customers if we are ineligible! Disappointing. I will be uninstalling this right away.

Horrible Experience - It used to be great but now every time I go to the rewards section, it asks for login info. I ever password, it then sends me to Captcha, then goes to another login page. It keeps doing that over and over. I've reset the password, deleted and reinstalled the app and the same thing happens. Very frustrating.

I really like it BUT, key word but. I have to go through capital one shopping app and then use the Internet (not an app) to so the shopping. which isn't efficient. there is money or % back at allot of stores I use but I can't submit the receipt to obtain the benefits. I have my credit card connected but capital one shopping doesn't automatically pick up on those emails receipts.(yes I have settings and permissions correct). so good app, not great, inconvenient.
