It has been more than two months now that the app is not syncing with the device. I tried with my cell phone and tablet, it does not matter. This is a huge issue because The health benefits are tied to the points I have to collect each quarter. This app is a joke and the developers are amateurs. You keep updating this app and it still does not sync. What is the point of having this app if it does not synch ? Astonishing to see a company like Virgin rolling out a junk app like this.

I should not have to go through gyrations, repeatedly select Max Buzz in Bluetooth, refresh the app over and over, and hope that after 5 or 6 or 10 or 20 tries my device will actually connect to the app. I have wifi, mobile data, and location on, I've plugged in and unplugged the Max Buzz, and it is unches away from the phone. I've called to troubleshoot, I've had multiple Max Buzz devices, and I've connected and disconnected each. I have no trouble with other devices. Make it reliable!

Update: Each update makes the app harder to use. The new layout makes it difficult to find things. Some healthy habits also magically disappeared & can't be readded (like the sleep tracker which nets you more points). Good concept but needs improvement. Like many others, I have to use it for work. Syncing is a pain & I have to always do it manually. The program also offers more ways to gain points, BUT you have to really dig to find them or link to all these other third-party apps.
