I downloaded this app hoping for an easy way to manage my prescriptions. It seems set up well to do this, but the functionality is not there. Everything I try to do, the navigation is either unintuitive or flat out unavailable--the three line menu disappears when I use it to navigate to "home", for example. Sort of defeats the purpose of a home page if you can't navigate away from it. I took over 20 minutes trying to figure out how to request a refill on a prescription before giving up/CharLimit

This is one of the worst apps I have ever used.Every time you open a new page, you have to login and "get a code"...again. It does not allow you to upload photos, so you have to switch between the website in your browser and the app... Only their website constantly forces the app to pull up on your phone. You cannot even use the website if you have this app installed without having to close it over and over again as it keeps coming up. I will never order from Walgreens on a phone again.

You never fixed this app. Back arror within app slow to respond. Listen to the people who struggle with this app. I finally just deleted this app. It is too scary to use. My phone turns to a black screen for ten seconds when first activating this app. You don't know if the screen will come back on again. Junk, junk, junk. When app first starts gives my phone a black screen, like it is turning my phone off. You took away the normal weekly add and replace it with nothing usable. Just frustration!
