I've cashed out a handful of times, quick and easy process. My only issue with this app is that it does not track all game play. It can say it's tracking, give you updates on xp and leveling up, however returning to the app from a game, the app does not always reward the xp/leveling up. I've done everything customer service has suggested, but reading these reviews I see its a common problem. If you fixed the tracking issue then I'd rate 5 stars!

The app. keeps crashing, or won't open . I have to go through play store to open it and 9time out of 10 it still won't open. For some reason one of the games I was playing, has turned gray and it won't let me play it . One of my other games it will let me play but it stopped tracking my progress in the game. And I'm much higher in levels and it still won't give me the points I should be earning. I had a good selection of games at first but now I don't. As soon as I can cash out I'm going to.

I'm often kicked out for a VPN I don't have. The UI is clunky and often slow to update diamonds, XP, or badge progress once I relaunch the app after playing. The Tampchamps email likes to clutter my inbox with emails about every boost and install, without any way of opting out of the emails. I also somehow haven't received as much as a status update on a reward I redeemed a full week ago now, despite the stream of other emails the service sends me.
