Worked great in the past, but now there's so many pop-ups when you log in, you have 95% chance that it will freeze before you can check your balance. You have to keep opening amd closing it and re-logging in until it finally displays your balance. But, once it displays the balance, it freezes. Theres supposed to be multiple pop-ups that are supposed to hide your balance until you agree to their nonsense, or simply close them, but it doesn't work like that anymore. instead, it just freezes.

We have pushed out a fix that does not require you to update the App that resolves this issue. Thank you for your patience while we investigated this issue. Stopped working. Suddenly I can't access my account through the app or browser. Just loads a blank white screen on both. Since Sept 16th. Uninstalled, reinstalled, updated, and even did factory reset. Frustrated, I decided to open a Flare account instead. Same issues with Flare also. Looked at the reviews on the NetSpend app, many people having the same issues there too. What is going on?! This has been ongoing for over a month with other users. Unacceptable. Will be forced to close my account

Very VERY terrible service! Tried activating the card 11 times now! Could not even use the app, so I tried the hotline. The only real human being I keep getting sent to was very rude and dismissive with the least amount of help possible. System almost never recognizes I exist even though I already have an account set up. Could not even get my money back. Has customer service just gone down the drain??? The only reason it got one star was to review. 0 out of 5, would not recommend so far.
