App ordering process is super user friendly! Only issue i have is when ordering a meal it does not allow me to remove the ice from the drink! Also, the drink selection is limited thru the app and does not show all available options. It does not allow me to order a variety of drinks such as Poweraid, HiC Punches, etc. Outside of those issues the all around app experience is great!

Placed an order with a saved card and it failed and said invalid token. Tried to put in a different card and that didn't even register in the app. It then just logged me out. I went somewhere else. Then I find out in an email later that the order did go through on my original card. Wont use this again... probably won't go back to jack in the box for a long time if ever.

App was fine for a long time. Now it's a useless piece of junk. Says password is incorrect. Request an email to reset it. Reset is successful. Still says password doesn't work/can't find account. Try to create a new account and it says already exists. Which it does. It just won't let you log onto your account. 100% certain that the email and password is correct. Junk.
