Great App! It's very informative and has great product descriptions for every e.l.f. item. The virtual try-on tool is great for finding the right color. There is also an option to chat with someone if you are uncertain of the correct color match. There are many different tools to use to learn about each product. It's a great app overall.

The app is frustrating to use. It doesn't seem to update and you're lucky if you have to put your phone down in the middle of putting items in your cart (they might not be there when you get back!). The desktop app is better, more user-friendly (but it still has its own set of issues). The app is useful for quick reorders or checking a status of your order, but you can just as easily sign up for text alerts.

Literally the worst app for shopping. Cant remove items from cart-can only send to wishlist, cant change number of items in the cart (like 2x lipstick color. Cant change) and it has gotten my address wrong 3 times now with shipping. I have triple checked, my address is correct in the app but keeps not putting my apartment number. Just use the desktop website on your phone. Works way better than this.
