In the first version of the app you can send and receive Mobilio to and from other users. Coming soon you will be able to send and receive Mobilio to and from any ERC20 wallet.

Mobilio runs in the background and is optimized for low battery consumption. Give Mobilio the necessary permissions and forget about it. You’ll earn Mobilio Tokens automatically whenever you’re driving without using your phone.
WHY IT MATTERS
When your phone alerts you to a message while you are behind the wheel, there is an overwhelming urge to respond. Who is it? What do they have to share? Checking on your phone while driving may only take five seconds, but at 55 mph, your car travels the length of a football field during that time. Using your phone while driving causes physical and cognitive distraction that kills. For those under 30, traffic accidents are the primary cause of death, according to the WHO in their Global Status Report on Road Safety 2018, with smartphones named as a factor in over a quarter of all car accidents.
Distracted driving also has dramatic economic consequences. The global financial losses from auto accidents are estimated at 518 billion USD per year. When all related costs are tabulated - including medical, legal, and administrative costs, plus losses to quality of life - in the U.S. alone, the cumulative costs of auto accidents in 2010 exceeded 800 billion USD.

No way to contact customer support for missing points
This app was great for my long drive this weekend, I earned a lot of points on the way there. But when I left it didn’t record any of my trip as well as all the trips I’ve taken today. My phone is locked sitting in the passenger seat and I have no recorded trips since yesterday at 7:30pm. I’m a driver for my job and drive all day and none of those points were recorded nor the trips. Kinda mad because I lost out on a 2 hour trip of not using my phone and have no way to contact customer support to report my missing trips and points.

Wonderful Idea, hope it can scale
I’m in love with the idea of rewarding crypto for safe driving, especially here in the US where traffic deaths are at record highs due to increased distracted driving and other factors. I also like the simplicity of the app. One of the biggest advantages over similar apps is that you don’t have to constantly log in to earn rewards. You can just sign up and kind of forget that it’s there. The main risk is the obvious: they sell your data to marketers and insurance companies. Personally I’m fine with that because other apps do the same. At least this app pays you for your data.

Question
I haven’t had the chance to use it but I was wondering if I have apple car play and use my phone via the Apple car play to play music, audiobooks, have Siri respond text or call. If this will register as using my phone while driving? Also if I pull over to make a call or because I need to text. Does it solely require your body movement to detect this? Or would this cause problems and lose points?

Dear User, thank you for your feedback! You can use car play for music and navigation without losing points. Texting and calls - also over car play will be counted as distraction. As the cognitive distraction over bluetooth calls is nearly that high as via handheld calls.
