Listia: Buy, Sell, and Trade 4+

I’ve been a Listia member since 2016. I really love this platform and they’ve kept improving it over the years. The improved app on my new iPhone 8 has made it easier than ever to find great auctions and listings that I’m interested and bid on and sometimes I get blessed and win an item or two. Sometimes the sellers don’t communicate and I have to request a refund. I’ve always communicated with my buyers and don’t understand why the other sellers don’t communicate like I do. That’s not Listia’s fault it’s the individual at fault. My only suggestion is to do more identity verification on sellers especially so it will ensure a safer more effective platform. I’m leaving a five star rating because I have had mostly great customers and sellers on here that do follow the rules. Thank you so much and I hope my suggestion is heard. Have a great weekend! I’ve been with Listia a long time almost from the beginning when it was credits and I loved it
When Listia changed to XNK I left and I recently came back when I found that they were using points however they need to put controls in place so that new bitters with zero verification and zero feedback can only bid so high on an item
Having to wait 21 days through the entire auction to have a new better or a better with 50% negative feedback and almost 0 verification bid on your items and leave you hanging It’s not fair to the seller or any of the other bitters who had been watching and bidding for that 21 day time frame

Love the site. However the app needs help. Ever since the currency updated I have been having issues. The videos quit working to watch for credit. I’ve also not been getting notifications as much even with them turned on, or they pop up hours after the fact and it’s too late. Now today it is not letting me provide my address for things I won because they’re still sitting in the bid on area saying paid. Please fix the site and app.
