Before you complete your signup with us, please AGREE that you understand and will comply with the following policies and rules that we have.

1. LOGIN & CONFIRM your information regularly please. All notaries are required to login and CONFIRM or update their listing information every 120 days, or they will receive many reminder emails, and perhaps a few phone calls. If a notary doesn't confirm their information within 150 days from their previous listing confirmation, we reserve the right to temporarily REMOVE their listing until we hear from them. Confirmation takes 90 seconds and is easy. If you forget your password, email info@123notary.com and we will send it to you and explain the simple confirmation procedure.
   
   
2. EMAILS: 123notary sends approximately (2) promotional emails to its members per month in addition to any pertinent reminder emails about confirming your listing and renewing. As long as you are listed with us, you will receive these emails, and there is no way to avoid getting these auto-emails. These emails are relevant to the mobile notary profession and are helpful to many which is why we send them.
   
   
3. GETTING WORK: 123notary is a DIRECTORY, not a signing company. We can not control how much work you get. If you want to get more work, we can suggest many ways to make your listing more effective, but that is all we can do.
   
   
4. POLICIES: 123notary has many policies regarding listings, placement, complaints, confirming listing information, and more, on www.123notary.com/policies.htm.
   
   
5. ZIP SEARCH RESULTS: 123notary does NOT guarantee positions on zip code search results, but only on county page search results. There is uncontrollable overlap on zip code results which is why we can't guarantee placement on them. Zip code results can also change from zip code to zip code within a particular county making placement on them unpredictable.
   
   
6. COUNTY PAGE RESULTS: 123notary.com sells positions based on how they will show up on county / zone pages, not zip code pages. If we sell you a #1 spot on your county page, we guarantee that you will show up as #1 on that particular county page. We do NOT guarantee how you will show up in surrounding counties.
   
   
7. FREE LISTINGS are good for one year. At the end of the year you can request another free year, but we reserve the right to accept or deny your request.
   
   
8. RENEWAL DATES. You can login to your listing to find your renewal date. Renewals are due at 12:01 AM on your renewal date. If you fail to pay by that time, your listing could be removed or reduced in placement. If you have a top place listing, you could permanently lose your position due to late payment. Please pay at least a week ahead of time to prevent last minute complications in billing.
   
   
9. SOCIALIZE - FACEBOOK / FORUM. 123notary has a lively forum and facebook profile. Please visit our networks today!
   
   
10. RESOURCE PAGE. Please visit our resource page where you can find a wealth of information about the mobile notary profession, information about signing companies, and much more.
