2024 Rate and Contract Renewals
Each year when evaluating rates we look at all factors and make the best decision for the marina to continue operating at the VIP level. As many recurring costs at the marina continue to rise and the continual maintenance and upkeep of the marina grows, we have determined the rates below for our 2024 — 2025 agreements. We will be implementing the rates below beginning April 1, 2024.
All per foot rates are based on LOA measurement by Surfside Marina. An additional 3’ will be added to the LOA for each foot measured over the 8ft 6 inch beam and/or 12 ft Height
At Surfside Marina, we fresh water flush your engines each time your boat is removed from the water and rinse the exterior of your boat from rub rail down. For after hours return, simply secure your boat to the dock in the launch area. Your boat will be flushed, rinsed and returned to its slip in the morning, or readied for another day on the water.
Our standard size measurement for vessels in dry storage is 12′ high by 8′ 6″ wide. Every foot over the standard size, we must add 3′ to the overall length of the vessel. Pricing for interference with the stack above or below will be determined by the Forklift Operator & Marina Director. If spacing does not allow for another vessel to fit in the stack, customer may be charged for two dry stacks.
*Metered electric will be charged to all wet slips and RV spaces
*Lockers will incur an electric fee of $20.00 a month for any lockers with freezers
VIP Climate Controlled Lockers are priced per unit by footage and billed metered electric.

All Pre-paid Annual Contracts will receive a 5% discount for Dry Stack, Wet Slip, VIP Lockers, and RV Storage.
